The Detroit Free Press said the recount “will be a monumental task for the Secretary of State and 83 county clerks around Michigan” and that the state will hand count each ballot if a recount is requested.
Michigan’s recount rules say that a candidate “who believes that the canvass of the votes cast on the office may be incorrect because of possible ‘fraud or mistake’ in the precinct returns may petition for a recount of the votes cast in the precincts involved.”
Michigan charges $125 per precinct for a recount. Opposing candidates can “submit objections to the recount request to the Board of County Canvassers,” Michigan’s recount rules say.
In contrast, Wisconsin does not mandate hand counting of ballots and uses a mixture of electronic machines and paper ballots. Pennsylvania is one of a few states to rely almost exclusively on electronic machines without any paper records.

Guess she forgot to tell her donors ot only cost 125 bucks per precinct.
This means the crazy woman can “cherry pick” the precincts, I believe. This means precincts in counties such as Wayne or Washtenaw.
It adds up fast.
But before all can that happen, they have to show vote fraud or a significant mistake in the vote that would affect the outcome.
Since they admit it doesn’t exist, I expect the MI request to be denied. Ditto for PA.
Right now WI is the only state where a vote recount might proceed.
She is going to get rejected in MI. Seen a few things on FB that suggest this.
Something is also wrong with the timing. How does one win an election by deliberately disqualifying 3 states? They don’t have time to count the votes. Secondly, how is stein aggrieved when her vote totals are well within the expectations of her party? It seems that these efforts are efforts to disenfranchise voters. THEY are the aggreived parties!

Who would have the authority to “deny” the recall request in Mich? And could a denial be appealed to the courts?

Hillary has spent 4 decades lying, scheming,cheating and harming people in the quest for power. She does not care how she gets it.
SOS or the election authority could deny a recount pursuant to state statute.
Then petitioners would have to go to court to get it overturned and show probable cause that could change the result, grounds for holding a recount vote.
They admit they don’t have such evidence. Going to be very hard for them to get a recount under MI rules.
I think that if WI votes were disqualified by these shenanigans, the lawsuits would be flying. It would be the voters who are aggrieved. An entire state would be disenfranchised by these stupid recounts.
Why would we need to know yet? Lawyers do not tell their strategies, that would be stupid.
Rest of life in prison and/or disgrace isn’t what she wants.
hop you’re right In any case, the precedent of the Ohio recount that the Greens and Libertarians initiated in 2004, suggests the election-day results won’t be changed.
Trump could stop those recounts with one tweet “ Soros and Hilary are funding these recounts” .
I don't know for sure, but I read up on the Michigan and PA procedures.
In Michigan he has 7 days from the date of filing a request for recount to contest the recount. If it were me, I would say it was frivolous because she has no chance to win and should be denied on that basis alone. Also she is acting a a proxy for Hillary and that should not be allowed.
The Board then has up to 5 days to either accept objections or overrule them. If they are overruled, the earliest a recount can start is 2 days after that.
If the Board rules instantly, it is 9 days until a recount starts. That would put the start at Dec 7 or 8 with an absolute deadline of Dec 13 for finishing. I don't think that is enough time.
Now, the election officials can "cheat" by starting the recount earlier, or by making preparations for it. If I were making the decision, I would go to court to get an order preventing any preparation for the recount until the Board has ruled.

PA is even more favorable to us. They have to go to court to get a recount, and it will not be easy.
They start in Wisconsin. They find one (planted) “hacked” machine. They use that as probable cause in court in the other two states.
