Democrat Luis Gutierrez Threatens War If Trump Enforces Immigration Law

There have been a lot of crazy reactions from the democrats now that Donald Trump has won the presidency but none as insane as this one from US Representative Luis Gutierrez. The ****-talking homeboy from Illinois is threatening to go to war with Trump, ICE, DHS, and the entire federal government if the next president dares to enforce our country's immigration laws by deporting illegal aliens. Did I say insane? I meant treasonous.

Gutierrez held a press conference with Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel to announce that the city has crisis counselors for any residents who are feeling uneasy by Trump's election. I'm not making this up. That was the actual purpose of the presser.

"I want to make it absolutely clear the dream community and to those who feel a sense of hopelessness and despair - you have a community of Americans with you. The majority of Americans with you," started Gutierrez.

I'd like for Gutierrez to prove that the majority of Americans believe illegal aliens should be granted amnesty, but he's a democrat so he doesn't have to back up his bull**** with facts.

Then, according to The Chicago Sun-Times, this was said:

"If Trump dares to revoke Obama's DACA executive order, Gutierrez said he will consider it a "declaration of war." He pledged to not allow immigration reform to go forward "on the backs of" Dreamers.

If Gutierrez considers Trump rescinding Obama's executive order that granted amnesty to nearly 1 million illegal aliens a declaration of war, then that means he is ready to go to war with the President of the United States. That's pretty bad, but it's worse that he's also willing to fight the US government on behalf of people who are not citizens of this country and have no right to be here.

One interesting thing about this radical Reconquista advocate is that he proudly claims two citizenships —the U.S. and Mexico—and says he votes in both.

If you look into the oath he swore ‘without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion to in order to get his U.S. citizenship. One of the conditions reads: Renounce and abjure absolutely and entirely all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty of whom or which the applicant was before a subject or citizen

So how about it Luis. Are you committing treason by violation of your sworn oath of allegiance?

My son, who lives in Mexico, sent me a message that a commentator on radio was making statements that could have come from FR. For example, he pointed out that we (Mexicans) wouldn’t want people to ignore our laws. And he pointed out that such people *should* be deported, exactly as we Mexicans do with people who illegally cross our southern border.

Me feeling is that by simply speaking truth about law with an authoritative voice is 75% of the battle. Trump has been brave enough to advocate the rule of law, and that (I hope) will have its positive effect.

A lawmaker is telling me that the law doesn’t matter?

Then what do we need him for?

There are a couple of things about him! He is a Congressman representing the 4th District of Illinois! I am looking to see if he is in Chicago! The Mayor of Chicago just announced he will not stop being a sanctuary city even if it is mandated!
He also did this with campaign money!

It seems like the whole purpose of DACA (along with getting voter ID/biometrics laws outlawed throughout the country) was to provide a large population of people who could be quickly marshalled to vote for the Democratic party without having citizenship. They don’t seem to care one bit that its widespread felonies.

DACA - https://www.uscis.gov/humanitarian/consideration-deferred-action-childhood-arrivals-daca

Court Order - http://cmsny.org/federal-court-halts-dapa-and-expanded-daca-programs/

Timeline - https://citizenpath.com/dapa-expanded-daca-status/

https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2013/01/03/2012-31268/provisional-unlawful-presence-waivers-of-inadmissibility-for-certain-immediate-relatives

The “Legal Authority” claims for this agency rule are as follows:

The Homeland Security Act of 2002, Public Law 107-296 (Homeland Security Act of 2002), section 102, 116 Stat. 2135, 6 U.S.C. 112, and INA section 103, 8 U.S.C. 1103, charge the Secretary of Homeland Security (Secretary) with the administration and enforcement of the immigration and naturalization laws. The Secretary is implementing this provisional unlawful presence waiver process under the broad authority to administer DHS and the authorities provided under the Homeland Security Act of 2002, the immigration and nationality laws, and other delegated authority. The Secretary’s discretionary authority to waive the ground of inadmissibility for unlawful presence can be found in INA section 212(a)(9)(B)(v), 8 U.S.C. 1182(a)(9)(B)(v). The regulation governing certain inadmissibility waivers is 8 CFR 212.7. The fee schedule for provisional unlawful presence waiver applications is found at 8 CFR 103.7(b)(1)(i)(AA).

Ultimately, it’s going to be this agency rule legal authority that’ll be challenged in a follow up proposed rule by the Trump administration that’ll undo DACA.

It was a few years ago, when I saw data indicating that Chicago was the largest hispanic population center in the country. No doubt the illegal population was proportionately as large, if not larger.

A typical Army division is between 17,000 and 21,000 troops. The Marines average about 21,000

Well....CAIR just declared war on the USA.

I guess Ellison will be leading the charge.
