The insufferable RightScoop is in full, ‘see, I told you so’ mode regarding this as well as Trump possibly not suing his sexual harassment accusers like he said he would. Talk about concern trolling. They’re angry because they wanted to see Trump sue these people? Is that why they’re pretending they voted for him?

Threatening to sue his accusers was a tactic, not a policy. And it was a very effective tactic in terms of stopping and discrediting his false accusers and their goal of defeating him. Now that Trump has won, they are no longer particularly relevant. If Trump no longer thinks it’s worth the time or effort to pursue, that’s his call.

I hate the lying media! I personally don’t have a problem with keeping those two things and I think most people are agreeable to it. I think he will do what’s best for ALL the people but remove and change the parts that are hurting the working person and the economy.

Put reasonable limits on “malpractice” awards against good doctors, hospitals, and drugs. Multi-million dollar punitive damages awards by poorly informed bleeding-heart juries add quite a lot to medical and pharmaceutical expenses.

Half the states have already enacted tort reform and limit awards for malpractice. In none of those states is there any evidence that health insurance premiums went down as a result.

Well, if that didn’t work perhaps we should just shoot the parasitic lawyers that endlessly sue every drug on the market.

Re:There is usually a kernel of truth in media lies. Obamacare is a huge mess. Unwinding it is a nightmare.

Libtards have said that Obamacare was deliberately designed in such a way as to make it a nightmare to unravel. But Trump is not A HACK. He is a businessman who understands business - including the insurance business.

Here in Massachusetts, even though we had "Romneycare," we had a high risk pool before Obamacare, but under Obamacare, it was done away with.

In addition to repealing Obamacare, we also need tort reform and the ability to buy and sell health insurance across state lines. Malpractice insurance is a HUGE reason why health care is so expensive.

Exactly what evidence is there that Congress won’t dawdle for years on this?

Trump needs to write an executive memo immediately suspending the mandatory clause. Then, it won’t matter. People who can’t pay the outrageous costs will drop off the Obamacare rolls. And the insurance companies will have to start competing for their business with better packages.

And any fool who wants Obamacare can keep paying for it.

Typical libs, since they couldn’t lie enough to get Ms. Bitch in, they are going to lie to discourage us Trump supporters. Not going to happen, we know they will try to discourage us, but the Liberal controlled press is stupid.

He said he would repeal and replace O/care.
My question is this: Will the O/care replacement still be mandatory to purchase?

If it is still mandatory, it’s still TYRANNY.

If it’s not mandatory, and they cover pre-existing conditions, won’t it fail?
