The White House refused to rule out Wednesday whether President Obama might grant a pardon to Hillary Clinton to spare her from President-elect Donald Trump prosecuting her after he takes office.
White House press secretary Josh Earnest said Mr. Obama is hopeful that Mr. Trump will follow long-standing tradition of not punishing political opponents through the criminal-justice system. He said all clemency actions go through a formal process, and that will remain in place until the end of Mr. Obama’s presidency in January.
“The president has offered clemency to a substantial number of Americans who were previously serving time in federal prisons,” Mr. Earnest said. “We didn’t talk in advance about those decisions.”
He said Mrs. Clinton “has worked very hard over a long period of time, and we owe her a major debt for her service to our country.”

Tacit admission she broke the law.
Why does she need a pardon? Is she guilty of a crime?
Obama is not going to pardon her because if he did, then she would not be able to refuse to answer any questions in regard to any of the crimes she was pardoned for. In other words she could be forced to testify against Obama and his minions.

Either way, one of the two or BOTH could be charged with TREASON. There is NO getting out of at LEAST ONE BEING CHARGED with TREASON.

Obama can’t pardon her on behalf of Egypt, so this is all moot.
According to Comey, she’s just a very negligent person, and there’s not a shred of criminality about her.

If he pardons her he will be inextricably linked to her and her crimes (after spending his whole presidency politely shunning her); it will be part of his legacy - in print.
Trump just lay low on saying anything about Hillary until after this communist usurper is out of office, don’t give him any further reason to think you are even going to keep investigating her. Then, on January 21st, lower the boom.
