If 0dunga pardons Hillary for committing TREASON, he himself will be 'aiding and abetting' TREASON which in itself is TREASON.

If 0dunga doesn't specifically mention 'TREASON' in his pardon of Hillary, then she could STILL be charged with TREASON!

Either way, one of the two or BOTH could be charged with TREASON. There is NO getting out of at LEAST ONE BEING CHARGED with TREASON.
