Both sides have a back pocket of extra votes and they are both trying to wait each other out, as to who lays out their last packet of votes first, then they manufacture the required. Who blinks first.

It never occurred to me such things go on — normal people don’t. Remem the NY Police Chief said something about how just revolting some of those emails are.
Okay, I think I can relax now, I just saw on the NYT live report for PA, they checked Trump as winner. The percentage win was 1 % - 75,000 vote led.. The numbers reported in Allegheny has been corrected

That can’t be. The total population of Allegheny is 1.22 million. If every person in the county voted (which is not possible), that would be 26% of that, or 317 thousand people. Trump had 246 k voted and hillary had 345 k, for a total of 591 k.
Google just called it too...their map has him at 276!
