I believe that Trump is making gains nationwide, but I believe that what this truly represents is the polls coming back down to earth and aligning with reality, so that the LSM can save face.

Actually, I’ve read the article and the title is correct. With the remaining voters Trump is up by those numbers in those states.

Someone named, “Stacy,” tweeted to Bill Mitchell today the following:

“Pro clinton panelists at Inside Politics on CNN said that NC Dems are conceding Trump may already be winning NC.”

Bill Mitchell tweeted the following response:

“My pollster buddy says his Dem contacts in NC are telling him Trump has won.”

Looking great for The Donald, and for the USA!!

I am double taking on that CBS poll. I think generally if a state has Early voting ,about 50% have voted but these numbers would blow up these states any way. I was talking to family down in Texas. They said the Early voting broke all records. It was huge in suburban areas and still even or better than records in Metro area. There is virtually no hillary support outside Dallas , Houston and San Antonio. Look for a 20 point Trump victory in Texas. Landslide.

What do you think the story is for the numbers you see, LS? It seems to me, and I’m not a numbers cruncher, what’s happening in Iowa, Colorado, and the margin in OH favoring Trump, the white male vote surging this year?

[I am concerned about NV. Record turnout among hispanics for early voting, and who knows how many of them illegals.]

Same with Florida.

Actually, women rarely hang themselves. The tend to overdose. I doubt Virginia Wolf Blitzer would hang himself. I suspect he would take an overdoes of some sort.

Do you mean to tell us that you can’t find the most recent CBS/YouGov poll without somebody telling you how to find it?

Early voting is about 70% in NV as it was in 2012. Early voting has surged in FL to about 75% of the 2012 total vote, up from 50%.

The last poll I saw for Texas had Trump at 14 points.

I found the poll at the cbs website, but that is just the most broad result. You intimated that you had found the real all-data full on poll results. That is what I inquired about. If you just meant what was already posted at cbs, then I do not understand your comment.

The headline is technically correct, yes. But GilGil finds that this represents "the dam breaking" and a "landslide."

Now, I am darned optimistic, and I don't think it is unreasonable to expect a landslide. But the "election day voters" numbers don't make that leap.

Finally, I probably should have not remarked at all on this thread, and this will be the end of it.

The latest projected 2016 electoral map resembles the 2014 midterm map....
......when the Democrats got slaughtered (smirk)......

2014 map is Congressional results.

Yes, the culinary union and SCEU getting illegals to vote and busing them in from CA, like they have done for years except on a grander scale.

“Hispanics” in Florida are Cubans, Dominicans, Puerto Ricans, and you can include Haitians by proximity.

Not illegals from Mexico.

Haven’t seen detailed breakdowns, but certainly in Iowa it is white Catholic voters, not all necessarily urban, that lean Iowa Democrat or flip it to the GOP.

“This is a true landslide.”

(Oh, I hop so!) I’m holding you to that! :) If it’s less than a landslide you owe us all a beer!
