Poll: Donald Trump One Point Behind Hillary Clinton in Michigan
Breitbart ^ | 03/11/2016 | Breitbart News

A new Michigan poll shows that Donald Trump is only one point behind Hillary Clinton in the battleground state, according to a 500-person likely-voter poll conducted by a GOP polling firm. The poll records Clinton’s support at 45 percent, while Trump’s support has climbed to 44 percent. Libertarian Gary Johnson is at 5 percent, and Green Party’s Jill Stein is at 2 percent.

The poll was conducted Oct. 29 to Oct. 30 It is either an outlier or an early warning of a Trump surge in the critical state, whose 16 Electoral Votes could provide a path to the White House for Trump.

“Michigan is moving to a toss up because Donald Trump is uniting the Republican base, has a strong lead among Independents, is on the verge of record support in blue collar areas such as Macomb County, and gains a higher proportion of African Americans than Republican candidates usually get in Michigan,” said a Facebook statement by John Yob, head of Strategic National, the firm which conducted the poll.

Something’s happening out there. Two months ago, my daughter said her classmates were extremely anti-Trump. It made my daughter anti-Trump as well. When her friends came to our house, all they talked about was how “crazy” Trump was. It was a major topic of conversation! Well, her friends and classmates aren’t bashing Trump anymore. Now, those same kids are talking about how Hillary can’t be trusted, is a liar, etc. My daughter just turned 18, and she is voting for Trump. I promise you, she would NOT have voted for him two months ago. However, the anti-Hillary atmosphere at her school and among her friends has made her decide on Trump. I wonder how much this kind of thing is being repeated around the country.

On the “Wow was that a surprise”, several of my hard core lefty co-workers in MN are considering voting 3rd party.
Up until a month ago, they were all-in for Hillary.

It’s all about turnout. Trumps core is motivated but not those who are deciding at the end. Hopefully there will be enough of Hillary’s support who don’t show up notwithstanding her organization.

This is almost but not quite worthy of a vanity, so I’ll post it on this related thread. Since 9:00 am today, the following battleground state polls have been posted on FR. For comparison, I have included the bottom line for this year and the result from 2012. Assuming the polls we post are representative, and considering that the communist won 2012 by 3.9%, Trump is looking good!

2012: Obama +9.5%
Today: Hillary +1%
Net gain: 8.5% for Trump

We need not let up praying to God that people will wake up and the scales removed from their eyes. Have these Michigan voters no conscience? Do they not know what is stake? Don’t they care about their children/grandchildren?

Did you see today's Rassmussen? “Eighty-eight percent (88%) of voters say they are now certain how they will vote,” Rasmussen Reports wrote in a release. “Among these voters, Trump has a 10-point lead over Clinton – 53% to 43%. Johnson gets two percent (2%) and Stein one percent (1%). This is the first time any candidate has crossed the 50% mark. Among those who still could change their minds, it’s Clinton 36%, Trump 36%, Johnson 22% and Stein six percent (6%).” If this is true, Trump should hit well over 370 ev's! No? http://www.breitbart.com/2016-presidential-race/2016/11/03/donald-trump-jets-out-to-lead-in-rasmussen-poll/

Add the “Brexit” type voters to that and Trump might be 15 points ahead.

I’ll repeat myself. Michigan is one of those states where Sanders did real well. hillary accepted pilfered questions for at least one primary debate. It’s not unreasonable to assume that some of those Sanders voters won’t vote for hillary because of that.

The Peoples Republic of Michigan is pretty much entrenched by the UAW, Detroit, and a very large Arabic and Jewish population. Go figure that the Jews and Arabs vote the same. Now that is some crazy.

Why are you listening to there doofuses? You know they have been ordered by their boss to destroy trump. Emails leaked have shown you the collusion and manipulation with the media and the polls.

I don’t care what they are saying they are lying to you. No credible poll has shown trump up less than anything under 4 points in weeks in OH, even with all the cooking but do they still have it toss up????

Hillary can’t fill a bingo hall unless she has a free concert with someone.. It’s 5 days from election. You think she’s getting 300 EC votes? Come on people stop being gullible

I can say that many Trump voters will not admit it and they will say the are voting for Johnson, the Libertarian. Have done it myself with Liberal co-workers.
