There are various state laws that stop electors from voting for a candidate who was not the election winner or that invalidate their votes. It would take a lot more research to see just what the electors are allowed to do in each state if the president-elect dies or bows out before they vote.

There's no federal law that mandates how electors must cast their votes; theoretically, if the candidate to whom they were pledged dies and their party has not made a preferred successor clear, electors can vote for their party's VP candidate, a third-party candidate, or a leading preconvention contender within their own party. 3. The reason Comey was able to be blackmailed by Clinton is in those emails.

according to DiGenova, there has been an open revolt for a year.. has anyone, any. single. agent. come out and stated anything? None. In secret? no, none. Has there been any internal incriminating info leaked? Any? No. I have a feeling if there was dirt, media outlets would have loved the details.

If it a revolt, nobody has quit, nobody has been fired and nobody has come forward.

Until one or two of these “SAICs” comes clean, they’re all a bunch of bums..

Comfy has a long history with the Clintons....he received millions from the Clinton Foundation their Corporate Partner Board, and Comfy’s ‘brother’ worked/works for the lawyer firm that does the Foundations taxes.

IMO Comfy announcing these new e-mail concerns is a ‘distraction from the Clinton Foundation’ because he’s protecting his own butt along with the any others involved with that Foundation and it’s subs.

I have said all along this e-mail thing isn’t have the story the Clinton Foundation is.

Yesterday the two big papers NY times and WaPost had things about the Clinton Foundation....I thought upon hearing that these lib papers prints it that they had info about something worse, something that makes them believe they had better start reporting if they want a press pass under a Trump Presidency!

Question:

Since this info is coming from what Comfy called an “Unrelated case”,.... (the terminology “unrelated” is noteworthy), ....but assumed the Weiner case.......Comfy ‘cannot’ release those e-mails because that case is still in investigation......

Now Hillary’s saying “lets have them” knowing full well he can’t release them....so what is she up to?????

Further classified e-mails does not mean it will go to an indictment...there was no grand jury conveined against Clinton and there’s no time for that before the election so they really don’t know if anything is going to come of this yet, nor that it implicates Hillary at all...

Additionally..IF Hillary is elected she has the power of a President to pardon herself....so what are they going to do..Impeach her?...She would be pardoned regardless.

So who is Comfy playing chicken with? and why is Hillary so eager to being more than agreeable to get them out there for the people to see.....?????

Also....Will this re-opening be investigated as a NEW CASE.... soooo ‘No Immunity’ for anyone in the old case?

An Attorney wrote pundit saying...”FBI does NOT investigate twice...so whatever this it is bad! The most that will happen is someone will be scapegoated...

And soooo....to me this is simply Comey playing chicken with someone.....and or a great distraction for the WikiLeaks about to come out that can put her in Jail.....and likely implicate Comey who is involved in the Clinton Foundation Machinery making his own mmillions....
