It is precisely what the SOBs have been denying ever happened. The King of Morocco paid for access to Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State. He wanted the (dubious) “honor” of having the US Secretary of State come to his country for a conference. He paid for the privilege.
The US Secretary of State is not supposed to be for sale.
Whether or how she was influenced in Morocco’s favor, we don’t know (someone would have to review every decision affecting Morocco in her 4 years).
BUT the basic fact of the King buying (renting) her presence at the conference is itself “pay to play” and the Clintonistas have been denying vociferously that it was happening.

correction, she was former Secy of State at that point, so it was as potential future POTUS that the King of Morocco was so determined to have her presence. That is even more revealing, for there would be no other reason in 2015 for the King to be so insistent that Hillary’s presence at the meeting had to be part of the deal. Why would he care sooooo much about her having to come, except that he expected she might well be POTUS by 2017??
I think we need to figure out everyone that Soros is paying if we really want to drain the swamp.
