You have to wonder, what is it about Donald Trump that frightens liberals, media, academia and the establishment class in politics? Those who see Donald as a hateful, unstable, shallow, boisterous billionaire need to consider whether they are responding to the man and what he actually says or reacting to the man's caricature.
Barack Obama deliberately ran as a blank canvas. Trump is the opposite. He is in some strange way a mirror that reflects whatever you are. Some people "get" him and others don'tand those who "don't" never will.
The real spirit of this conflict is laid bare if you read the 51-page Democrat Party platform. It's the manifesto Hillary Clinton is expected to enforce if she becomes president. In Hillary's America, we would undergo the final phase of Obama's radical, socialist cultural transformation with astonishing speed. They call this revolution a "reset." And just one man stands in its path.
With 16 candidates running, and many of them strong Christians, it didn't seem likely Trump, the business man outsider, would go far. But I heard the Lord say: "Donald Trump is a wrecking ball to the spirit of political correctness."
Immediately I began to wonder what God was doing. Could this odd man out be the unpredictable instrument of God for a nation entering what the authors of The Fourth Turning call the cruciblea cycle of American history where we are put to the ultimate test?

I will take your advice and read the book of Nehemiah tonight or tomorrow. :)
Uh no.
Rev. 17 Hillary is the whore riding atop the Beast system.
Praise God, this is the third time in three days word of Trump being Cyrus has come to me. In all the noise and hysteria of this election season I made a choice a while ago to consider Donald Trump annointed by God and I have watched the assaults and lies and attacks and I have seen him withstand them all, looking very much like a warrior with the mission. I have been seeing God make the crooked straight, haven’t you?
All except Hillary, she is still crooked. :-)
Love that graphic. Gave me goosebumps.
If there one truth.. if you expect God to choose the instrument for his will YOU WANT you will br sorely disappointed
God has a strong pattern of picking the MOST unlikely
(Just look at Beck and Cruz’ childish temper tantrum thinking they were to be God’s anointed)

Im not saying Trump is God choice... im say he the most unlikely choice... and God has a real habit of doing that
That leaves out what I consider the best comparison: Cyrus.
Pinging the list because this article is so fascinating (read the whole thing). More information is revealed about Donald Trump. Also read Stars & Stripes Forever’s comment about Trump’s name.
The Spirit is moving.
Yep this is a test.
For America, not so much for Donald or for Hillary.
Unless it doesn't, and this means something that is not a result of uniformitarian behavior of the cosmos, but has a miraculous element in it.
>>For America, not so much for Donald or for Hillary.
Or its not a test. It might just be the way things are prescribed to happen.
We won’t know until the end, will we?
Great image.
Cruz had a problem if he was carrying on his father’s dominionist beliefs. I might or might not grasp the technicalities right but to me this sounded like a belief that God has promised the whole world to Christians on a silver platter.
The bible seems to suggest otherwise, however; and it seems to me that even reason would suggest otherwise. If we got the world, we would also have to know what to do with it, for it not to become a disaster unto us. Only Christ in person can literally seize control of the entire world.
If it is not a test, it would be a departure from other scriptural theology.
May it be.
>>If it is not a test, it would be a departure from other scriptural theology.
Please explain that.
But I would point out the errors of complete-Arminian and complete-Calvinist views, both of which are distortions which arise from human attempts to fit the perspective of God (even though “Who has been His counselor?”) into human reason. God can figure out both choice and infallible destining and distill it into one reality, and when we try to embrace that with our own minds, we end up with mere words. Good! We should be silenced, like Job was, before God removed him from his disaster and blessed him again.
Look below.

Not sure of its significance but twice today Ezekial 22:23 has crossed my path. Need time to meditate and study.
