Is there any doubt that as President Hillary will pack the US Supreme Court with Liberal/Progressive Justices? Is there any doubt any Domestic Executive Orders will be upheld against any by the US Congress (House and Senate)?

Say that Hillary makes an Executive Order that American's pay a 50% extra tax on Income to prop up the failing Obamacare and enforce the Government be the Single Payer of Insurance. Do you think a Progressive US Supreme Court would say it would be Unconstitutional? Not a Chance.

I doubt she’ll need the court. Ryan will pass legislation saying that any EO by Hillary will become law in 60 days unless the congress votes to override it. Then he just needs to not have the vote. He’ll claim he was against the EO but couldn’t get congress to act. Even easier than passing an omnicrap budget every december. His job is pretty easy for the next 4 years with Hillary - lots of perks and no pain for the elite.

Trump would actually expect congress to do their job and Ryan doesn’t want that headache.

I think this country if Hillary is elected will turn into the hugest black market\barter economy the world has ever seen. People not only avoiding taxes but actively cheating the man. Then it gets real fun, the guns come out and totalitaians really ramp this up. What I think we see in the years of a Hillary presidency, not swering into loonville here.

• Full on government hospitals doing abortions at all trimesters
• 1st amendment speech curtailed, hate speech becomes a jailable offense, conservatives voices crushed as government and the huge internet giants like facebook collect data on subversives.
• Student loan debt forgiven for selected minority groups but not whites
• Handguns banned as 2nd amendment redefined, after an initial revolt, Americans can't buy ammunition, get their firearms repaired then gun ownership declines sharply.
• Government paid sexual reassignment
• Congressional hearings on the structure and implementation of slave reparations. That will come out of general treasury sand will be meted out as government grants for education, housing, etc. to select minorities
• Explosion in nonmilitary spending, up 25-50%
• Federal government takeover of local law enforcement, crime explodes in large cities and now with mandatory section 8 housing in suburbia. Rampant black on white crime and even more black on black crime as drugs become even more prevalent in the burgeoning black market
• Excise taxes on everything from condoms to Big Gulps
• Mandatory sex ed, with a mandatory course on alternative sexuality taught starting in pre-k
• And the worst one...World War III, as Hillary and her hand picked toadies in the joint chiefs start a war with Russia which will spread to Korea, China and the Pacific. Horrific losses and maybe the first time since the War of 1812, foreign troops on American soil.

Simple. Hillary will, as Obama has done is to write US Law through Domestic Executive Orders (unconstitutionally IMHO). This destroys our constitution plainly as we lose our representation in the US House and Senate.

If she had a Progressive US House and Senate (Majorities - may heaven forbid ) she could pass such laws constitutionally be they destructive to the nation (heaven forbid). At least the sense of constitutional law would be preserved be those laws destructive to the nation. Yet another session and president could undo them in the same manner (Constitutionally).

Domestic Executive Orders to make US domestic law violates our constitution intrinsically and destroys Representative government at its heart.
