Court rules states have to accept Syrian refugees

States that refuse to help resettle Syrian refugees are guilty of illegal discrimination, a federal appeals court ruled Monday, delivering a judicial rebuke to GOP vice presidential nominee Mike Pence, who as Indiana’s governor had tried to halt Syrian resettlement.

Judge Richard Posner, writing for the three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, said there’s no evidence that Syrians are more dangerous, and he said even if they are, allowing Indiana to refuse to resettle them would only foist the problem onto neighboring states.

“Federal law does not allow a governor to deport to other states immigrants he deems dangerous,” Judge Posner wrote, saying the governor should instead report his fears to federal bureaucrats for redress.

“What can be done to encourage a coalition of governors to be formed here?”

Massive protest marches in several states might light a fire under their butts, but that’s not happening.

More likely, the issue will begin to play heavily in state elections, which may move some politicians to do what the people want them to.

I can’t fathom how all this refugee resettlement is even legal in the first place. Has any of this been authorized by the congress?

Not that I've seen but I haven't seen them take action against it either.

This is to give governors the cover they need to obey the donor class, like Catholic Charities of Maine, instead of standing firm.

Remember folks they, the courts, the politicians and the police are on one side, you and I are on the other.

Well, most of the political oxygen is going to Hillary and Donald right now. If we are going to expect to see action, that is where it’s going to have to happen, and since SHE won’t speak up, HE is going to have to.

An aside. Just tried to do a search on BING for Judge Posner to discover as I suspect his appointment was more than likely Clinton, and the search site for the first time I’ve ever encountered was down, and I was told to check back later. Never encountered such a thing before with any search engine.

Posner is a POS and needs to be impeached.

Why do we give 3 “judges” who throw out Right Reason and Natural Law and Private Property Rights, etc., “power” to decide “law”. It is so unconstitutional. The States should have autonomy over 3 bribed/bought/satanic men who throw out the Constitution of the USA.

We REALLY need to destroy the unconstitutional “legal” system that has become Rule of Oligarchy and throws out ALL God’s Laws which is the basis of Objective Truth and our Legal System.

As Judge Napolitano wrote in his book on Wilson and the progressive movement-—they (Progressives) literally threw out OUR Constitution in 1913 with the Wilson plant of Rothschild’s and Fed Reserve and Income tax.

We really need to kick out the international psychopaths who took over all our institutions and bribes all the judges——and replace our Rule of Law (Higher Laws/God’s Laws) or we will only get TYRANNY-—which is what the above “case” is all about. Citizens have NO borders in this Marxist NWO.
