Pope says Jesus won't kick gays out of heaven

Pope Francis said on Sunday that homosexuals and transsexuals should be treated with respect but that teaching gender theory is unacceptable "indoctrination" of young people.

"When a person (who is gay) arrives before Jesus, Jesus certainly will not say, 'Go away because you are homosexual,'" Francis said.

I agree with the Pope. Jesus won’t kick out gays or anyone else out.

But you have to accept Him and know He died for your sins.

Yes, this pope has a terrible problem with basic communications. He is too “conversational” in tone. He needs to preface his statements. He needs to always point out “the rest of the story” in terms of doctrine.

“Life is too short to reply to such nonsense, thoughtlessness, poppycock, and pretense. You have the popester in your face, yet you are blind. Sorry you have to live with it.”

Well, there are two things to be sorry to have to live with: 1) a pope who is a very poor communicator and far too liberal for my tastes, and 2) fools on FR who are too dumb to even casually check out what the pope is saying and compare his statements with Church doctrine or even his own previous statements. The former is foolish in some ways and damaging, but the latter are morons and bigots.

God established His natural laws at the start of space and time. It is the choices of the individual to not follow them that is the designation factor upon the individual. The individuals condemn and lay judgement upon themselves.

He is right to a certain point... ALL unrepentant sinners will be turned away... for we all have sinned and fall short....

We are only made worthy by the blood of the lamb and the word of our testimony (acknowledgement of our sin... and our forgiveness through the blood of Christ).

I sure hope that is what he meant....

And there were those that refused to enter the ark but simply stood by the sidelines mocking Noah . . .

A person that is ‘celibate’ is not homosexual . . . a guy that wants to kill someone but does not is not a murderer.

The world has sold folks a bill of goods. This is why they can convince an 8-year-old that he is a homosexual because he likes things that his sister likes.

And the kid is trapped by the notion.

You have to get in first, before you can be kicked out.

Jesus certainly will not say, ‘Go away because you are homosexual,’” Francis said.

But he might say the following to Francis:

Mat 7:23 And then will I declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness.’

Pope says Jesus won’t kick gays out of heaven

There is the mention of the word “pope” in at least 50% of the posts here and I am here to correct all of you who have called the person dressed as a pope and making the proclamations and attending the ceremonies and enjoying the popularity and accolades and attention by the media and throngs of hopeful, wishful “faithful”, is a fraud.

A pope is not capable of contradicting his predecessors on matters of faith and morals.

At such time as a seeming pope does, the faithful can be certain that they are dealing with a false pope.

When you folks stop calling Jorge Bergogio “pope” then his damage to the world will begin to diminish, and the office itself will cease to suffer the calumny of allowing such an imposter the title “pope”.

So God caused the white smoke to lie? This is getting even more sacrilegious . . . for not to accept this guy is not to accept the choice of God Himself according to Roman dogma.

““sin no more” is fine advice in this life, but after death it’s too late to be reborn.”

Absolutely correct! Once you physically die, it’s OVER for you.

Unrepentant, practicing, homosexuals are going to hell, period, end of story, no question.

Homosexual pastors’ and ministers’ followers are going to follow them right to hell.

God sums it up in one word “abomination”.

abomination in Greek is abomination

abomination in Hebrew is abomination

abomination: atrocity, disgrace, horror, obscenity, outrage, evil, crime, monstrosity, anathema, bane, detestation, loathing, hatred, aversion, antipathy, revulsion, repugnance, abhorrence, odium, execration, disgust, horror, hostility

Now, how in the world can anyone with a brain, think that God is, in any way, “okay” with homosexuality?

HOW?

“So God caused the white smoke to lie?...”

God did not say that massive apostasy and trickery is not possible. In fact Jesus told us that there would in the last days be a powerful delusion cast upon the earth to deceive if it were possible even the elect.

Could these last several “papal elections” be part of it?

During the Arian heresy there were massive departure of even most bishops from the truth. It was eventually repaired, thanks due in large part to Saint Athanasius.

In England the same occurred with the event of Anglicanism. Almost all bishops of England left the Catholic faith or were martyred.

Why could not the same or worse happen in the present or future?

After all, Satan’s time is getting short.

(Alleluia!)

Regarding “white smoke” you’ve got to see:

Exactly. Paul has a list of people in 1st Corinthians who will never see Heaven. So on mere technicality the Pope is right.

What Freaky Frank has done is thrown away the key to the capitives sin. They will now forever be condemned because they see no need for repetence. This is the greatest sin anyone can commit....is letting people wallow in their own sin and not trying to help them to be free.

He COULD speak infallibly, IF he were to issue a declaration that fit the criteria for an infallible pronouncement.

Nothing he says in a homily, press conference, or the like, has ANY connection with the type of statement that would be infallible.
