Got thru to Cruz offices, Congress is not yet on break—there are hearings today...Regardless, the offices are still open and stay open and messages will be forwarded...

Cruz has just sent a letter to the NTIA National Telecommunication Information Administration (in the Dept. of Commerce) asking that the transfer be delayed until Congress can vote on this issue as it was not part of the House or Senate votes this week.

Some have asked what can we do now...Well Cruz office suggested contacting leadership MCCONNELL AND COYNYN TO LET THE KNOW YOU WANT NTIA TO DELAY TRANSFER AND A VOTE IN SENATE.

That is the best we can do for now...I will be leaving comments with them as well as House Leadership...
