No. If you look closely at the picture, her rear heel is elevated above the podium. It is definitely elevated above about an inch or more. Her left knee may be slightly bent, with her left toes contacting the platform but her heel is definitely in the air. The right leg is obscured in the photo. Look again. Use a magnifying glass, but do look again. The rear heel is elevated.
I think I'm gonna call it quits after Whitney, though. I'm getting too old for this kind of stuff, and I'm only in my mid-fifties.
