Whomever supplied the prescription does no know elderly people and the usage of Beers List of Prescription Drugs for elderly - drug interactions and prescription medications to avoid with elderly people.

Great minds think alike!
That was the first thought that popped into my head.
There is no "downside" for the doctor to give a fraudulent assessment.
If she derailed Hillary Clinton...there is the very real and distinct likelihood of becoming uncharacteristically depressed and suicidal.
Doctor made the very wise move to protect herself, family, and friends.
She can keep honest notes elsewhere and share when the Clintons are no longer a threat.
