Oops sorry, I missed it. Actually I haven’t seen a game since having kids, just no time for it, so I really don’t miss it.

Leaving tomorrow to attend my son’s graduation from Army BCT in Oklahoma! Hooah!

I’ve a plane to catch and if any of these dumb a$$ protesters block my path I’m taking them out. Too big an event in my life to cower down to some low life scum.

Paying more for Chevys, Bud and pizza, for the ‘privilege’ of watching grown men get dirty rich for playing with balls, while other grown men get dirty rich talking about the men playing with balls...well...maybe I got something better to do with my time...

Weird people in the stands, mediocre play on the field, mediocre announcers, this ain’t the NFL of the 1960’s, 1970’s, and 1980’s for sure. This version of the NFL sucks. Big time.

Stupor Bowl XLVXXIVIX. Who the hell cares.

YEP, and when you live near a big city you see the results first hand on the nightly news.

I just checked this IDIOT who is fake protesting, is also a fake giving back some of those MILLIONS he earns to fix the problems in the black community. He’s only given a $1 Mil so far.

http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/colin-kaepernick-says-hell-donate-1-million-to-charities-that-help-communities-in-need/

LeBron James is the 6th highest charitable athlete, $41 Mil to fund college educations in black community.

Good points. I used to be an NBA fan until sometime in the mid-70s. Likewise, I was a rabid NFL (Steelers) fan until a couple of years ago and haven’t watched a complete NFL game in three years. Even baseball has lost its allure to me.

Have you noticed, however, that, almost to a man, NHL players - even the black (most of whom are Canadian) and foreign-born players - speak in complete sentences without the “you knows” and repeated “uhs”? I guess that makes me a “deplorable”, huh?

And feeling great because the concussion-fueled millionaires with hometown jerseys are getting more points than the concussion-fueled millionaires wearing some other jersey.

Even though none of them have anything to do with the name of the city on their jersey.

For those of you that are upset by this BLM stupidity, people have shares of the Green Bay Packers team for sale from time to time, if interested. If you want the idiot players to put their money where their mouth is, you can too!

http://shareholder.broadridge.com/packers

We are the ONLY Publicly Owned team in the NFL. If you ever see this crap happening at a Packer’s Game, I’d be VERY surprised. UW Badger football, too.

It’d be nice if our boys can remain a bastion of sanity in these crazy times. I’m betting they will.

I’m not giving up football over this. I don’t cave or pay ransom to Terrorists. :)

Well not all, hubby is a sports junkie plain and simple. He doesn’t like what is happening, but won’t participate in boycotts. To many years of following orders and having to watch every word you say. Ret. Navy SCPO, then Ret. Jr. College Prof. Talk about having to bite your tongue, he did for 40 yrs, and it’s ingrained. And at 77 you are not going to change those ingrained things.

I’m the rowdy opinionated protestor. I can get away with it. He couldn’t.

America is dead unless we keep the terminally ill WITCH out of the WH!

“I have no idea why American clowns still watch the NBA, NFL and any other stupid sport.

It’s obvious almost every athlete is a complete buffoon.”

Wow. How’d you find a paint bucket big enough to dip that brush in?

As is the case with most things these days, the media focuses on the liberals, BLM activists, and dopes, and ignores the 99% condemning them.

I was at a bar for Sunday’s Eagles game. People talked throughout Obama’s message, but the entire place fell dead silent for the national anthem, beautifully rendered by a talented black trumpeter. The place erupted in applause and shouting at its conclusion.

Why should we let a handful of morons take away our enjoyment of sports?

Good for you.

Steeler fans are absolutely unhinged when it comes to the team. As if it really is the most important thing in life. Won’t give it up for anything.

I have personal experience with this!

The NFL is a consumer product. If we don’t like the product we should stop consuming it.

If I went to Kroger and they had good food and good prices but the person at the checkout counter yelled in my face that they hate me, I would stop going there. These guys in the NFL appear to hate me, so I have stopped buying what they are selling. (of course the awfulness of the Titans makes that easier!)

San Fran is keeping Kap on the roster as a backup with his contract price? That’s crazy and an insult to the starting players making a fraction of what he does.

Look at the name on the field or stadium all are bought by big name companies, Nike is another. It’s the individual’s player’s sponsors you want to boycott and flame. Crapper has already lost one sponsor who does big time Military business.
