You apparently don’t understand how the process works. Did you even pay attention to how long it took for the House to even get to a vote on Articles of Impeachment for Bill Clinton? And then how long it took to get to Senate trial?
You actually think that before Jan 20, Obama would be removed from office? He can issue a pardon at any time. He could do it the day after the election. If you are pinning your hopes on this fantasy, you are seriously delusional.
Again, it takes a majority vote in the House to approve Articles of Impeachment and then a 2/3 vote in the Senate to convict and remove from office.
If Trump wins, then it might open up the possibility of investigating whether or not Obama really is Constitutionally qualified to be president, if he isn't then that would invalidate the pardons.
The administration will fix things so that no charges will be pressed.

Now you've gone and changed the entire premise of the original question, in order to make a stupid comment.
You asked if Hillary will accept a pardon.
You SAID NOTHING about Hillary telling Obama not to give her one.
Two completely different actions.
Accepting would mean that Obama was the instigator of the action. He gave a pardon.
She accepts.
On the other hand preemptively refusing the pardon would mean that she is instigating the action.

In the end, Obama could and probably should pardon her, whether she "wants" it or not, just to cover his own a$$.
Possibly -- possibly not: there would be huge fallout from such a discovery, true... but OTOH, it would provide enough probable cause to shut down a huge portion of the government, especially the judges that kicked everyone's case out on "standing", the politicians that certified the Electoral College's vote, and the Supreme Court members that swore him in. (Conspiracy to Defraud the United States, certainly; and an argument could be made that such undermining of the Constitution weakens the credibility of the Unites States enough as to be considered giving aid and comfort to their enemies [and/or evaluating all his foreign exploits, like him and Hillary creating ISIS].)

If every single Senator up for re-election were to lose, there's cause to nail essentially 2/3 of the new Senate — this is because the current senate (excepting two persons) is absolutely guilty of Treason. (Proof, this particular case would be enough to get Obama as well, since he signed the treason into 'law'.)

I'm quite fine with that — In fact, it should be intuitively obvious that it has to be done for any serious anti-corruption campaign.
OTOH, Mr. Trump isn't really running on an anti-corruption platform, per se.
It just might be better to let sleeping dogs lie.
