(vanity) Will Hillary Accept a Pardon from Obama Before He Leaves Office?
VANITY

Posted on 09/06/2016 7:22:06 AM PDT by TigerClaws

Be a good question for Trump to ask in the debates: Will Hillary accept a pardon from Obama before he leaves office?

If she says "yes" she admits she may have committed crimes.

If she says "no" she's in serious jeopardy of indictment once Comey is replaced.

Thoughts?

if she says no she is probably lying...if obama pardons her he will be the center of investigations and hillary will not be able to take the 5th and must answer questions..

Oh, you know damned well Obama will issue a pardon to her, this is a given, which is why the whole will she be indicted didn’t matter... because Obama was going to do this either way.

My understanding is that she can’t be pardoned prior to an indictment. May be wrong though.

IMO she will not be legally guilty of anything to be pardoned from before he’s left office, so that would be impossible.

She would respond with an indignant NO because she will claim that she didn’t do anything wrong. After the election, she could accept the pardon.

Suffering from Brain Injury, (Now Medically Verified), will she even recall the pardon or the offense?

A lot will depend on whether she wins the election. If she wins, she's in control of all the entities that could prosecute her. There would be no need for her to accept a pardon at that point, and to do so would create an appearance of impropriety.

Of course if she loses, she may be at the mercy of Obama, and beg for a pardon. At that point, it'll be up to Obama--their true relationship will be on the line at that point. If she has something on him (which she likely does), he may offer a pardon to keep her trap shut. If she has nothing on him, nothing prosecutable--why would he pardon her?

She’ll say ‘no’...that way, if she wins she won’t need a pardon, and if she loses and obama then gives her a pardon, what’s the downside?

Of course. It will be spun as the final end of the 25 years evil Republicans have been trying to destroy her.

Impeach him IMMEDIATELY after the election so that he can’t. Let the process take until Jan 20. If we hold the house will they impeach her if she wins?

Nixon was never indicted.
Likewise, Ford pardoned ALL Viet Nam draft dodgers.

Whether she “accepts” it or not, it still takes effect.

Billy Clinton was impeached. Just never removed from office.

He still pardoned people.

Hillary would answer such a question with a cackle then act indignant.
