I believe he did in his speech last night. It was always our immigration policy to deny welfare to immigrants, and Trump did say that.

Can you reveal to us the source of this information that the wall will never be funded or built? Was it from a Republican or a Democrat? Perhaps from one of the MSM pundits?

Well Lizavetta, you may be entirely correct, but I believe Trump has proven over the course of his career that when he wants to achieve a particular goal he has an uncanny way of making it happen. So even though, as you point out, the obstacles are great, I firmly believe that Trump intends to accomplish the goals he has set forth in his campaign, and that he will do so.
