BETHLEHEM, PA (WTXF) - Police have arrested a Tennesse man on assault charges after he and another man assaulted three Lehigh students last weekend.
The incident occurred on Sunday at 1:29 a.m. on the 500 block of East Fifth Street.
When they arrived, they found three injured victims – all students at Lehigh University.
The first victim was reported to be unconscious and suffered a broken nose, skull fracture, and a laceration to the face. The second victim was bleeding about his facial area and also suffered a skull fracture, left ear damage, and a concussion.
The third victim suffered a facial laceration. All three were taken to St. Luke’s Hospital for treatment.

Hmmm. I’ve read the post and I’ve read the referenced story. Sounds to me like a simple bar brawl, or something like. Some students got the T-mortal sh!t beat out of them... makes me wonder what the circumstances were.

I agree to raising age to vote, but wonder about three college students. They must be liberal arts students and were unable to get to their safe place in time.

I got sucker punched in HS by a jerk. I was planning to catch up to him in short order and lay him out the same way. A few days later he left a bar, drunk, and had a fender bender with someone who pulled across a the steer after the impact. He ran across the streets swings his fists like he was going to fight the other driver.....when he was run over by a truck. Dead. I did not mourn.

I agree with you. My daughter is eighteen and has asked if she can keep a gun in her car. She’s a responsible person and has been shooting with me since she was a small child, so I’m confident she can handle a firearm. I’m in the process of verifying if it’s legal in my state for her to have it. I believe it is, but I want to make sure. A few months ago she was on her way to church one evening and someone in a van pulled up beside her and threw something. The driver-side front window shattered and she was covered with safety glass. She said it sounded like an explosion. By God’s grace she was able to maintain control and didn’t have a wreck, but it really shook her up. It happened in an isolated spot, so I keep wondering what would have happened had she wrecked or been forced to stop. She’s 110 lbs and wholly incapable of defending herself against an attacker without a weapon.

I have never understood why nobody challenges the current gun laws using the liberal logic. o liberals, every thing is “intent”. Hillary did not intend on doing anything bad so she is not going to prison. Drug dealers did not intend to kill anybody so they get off.
Anyone should be able to buy a gun. Once they show their criminal intent, they lose these rights. But not before.
It is high past time our side stops merely defending our rights, and starts to go on the offensive to gain them back.
