I’ve always believed homosexuals moved to cities for the anonymity they provide. Big difference in between being the only homo in a small town vs one of hundreds in a city.

Well, mostly. There are variations. But in each case, the base for the anomaly is still either male or female.

IMO, almost every kid thinks about what it would be like to be the other gender. (They also think about what it would be like to be blind or deaf or to be a dog or a bird. This whole thing really gets me. I have seen during my life many “tomboys”. Young girls who seemed to want to be boys.

The determining factor in human gender is the “Y” chromosome. Regardless of how many X chromosomes there are, if a Y is present, the person is male.

An exception is that there are a handful of rare genetic conditions that prevent male characteristics from developing in genetic males. Often people who have one of these conditions believe they are female and are raised as female. This is because they physically resemble masculine-looking females. Often the condition is not diagnosed until they become adolescents and fail to undergo puberty. These people are true genetic anomalies; they are not “trans-gendered.”
