The family of (DALLASThe family of a Muslim boy) who was arrested after bringing a homemade clock to school has sued Texas school officials, saying they violated the 14-year-old boys civil rights.
The lawsuit was filed Monday on behalf of Ahmed Mohamed. The teen was arrested at his suburban Dallas high school in September and charged with having a hoax bomb. This is a Snivel ‘Rights’ lawsuit. It will bypass Texas courts completely (unconstitutionally.)

There are also make it go away settlements which the school district’s insurer may consider. Legally this sound like a weak case but sometimes they decide to cut their losses and not risk a major judgement against them from a stupid jury verdict.

If a kid just pointed his hand in the shape of a gun at Clockmed, he’d be in serious trouble. They’d probably even send CPS over to the child’s home.
That’s why warts and all, I stand by Trump, there simply is no other choice. It’s either him or Hillary, which means more of the same.
