Katie wrote about how FBI agents feel that an inside deal was struck between Bill Clinton and Attorney General Loretta Lynch when the former president allegedly delayed departure time so he could run into Lynch in Phoenix. They spoke for about 30 minutes on her plane, where the conversation was grounded in golf and grandchildren. No one believed that malarkey.
The FBI Director, James Comey, issued a damning report at the end of their investigation into Hillary Clintons email use, where extreme carelessness was exhibited by the former first lady and her staff in the safeguarding and collection of classified material. Over 100 classified emails were found on 52 separate mails chains, and were deemed classified at the time they were sent or received. Yet, he decided not to recommend charges be brought against Mrs. Clinton. Lynch soon made her own announcement that no charges will be filed.
Yes, what about this non-disclosure business? Katie said that agents involved in the investigation had to sign non-disclosure agreements in order to prevent leaks. Over at Fox News, Catherine Herridge and Pamela K. Browne reported that a senior deputy to Comey sent a letter to Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA), chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, on July 1, to give them a heads up about the gag order (aka Case Briefing Acknowledgement), which also proves, contrary to what the Clinton camp has said, that this was a criminal investigation into her private email server. The FBI also said that no agent in the investigation refused to sign the agreement. "No one refused to sign," they said:

The Klintons affirm our suspicion that they’re the heads of the most successful crime family in America. There is no justice, in this life, where they are concerned.
Two possibilities here:
1. No agent in the investigation refused to sign the agreement. Conclusion: FBI agent have no moral compass.
2. At least one agent in the investigation refused to sign the agreement. Conclusion: The FBI brass are lying to us, again.
Either way, it stinks.
....only if he turned on the Clintons.....
Of course they refused to sign.
They got a memo the day before telling them they would be “required” to sign it or else.
In other words, everyone signed.
The agents were free to make their choice.
They did not have to sign the agreement.
Unless they wanted to keep their jobs and avoid falling victim to a life ending 'accident'.
The Obama/Clinton team has corrupted each and every bit of the government.
The fbi agents can talk to congress. Why doesn’t Congress call them up?
Based on Comey's testimony it is apparent that Hillary lied to Congress.
Based on Hillary's testimony (against Comey's facts-in-evidence testimony), Hillary lied to Congress.
So, either Hillary lied to Congress or Comey lied to Congress when he said Hillary lied to Congress - it can't be both lied and it can't be neither lied.
Trey Gowdy: Ready, set, GO!
CORRUPT COWARDS!!! ALL OF THEM ARE CORRUPT COWARDS!!
My rhetorical questions are the only ones I would really like an honest answer to.
They are either willing accomplices or cowardly sellouts.
Just don't be an uppity peasant like the Bundys out in Oregon, and the lawless amoral gunthugs at the FBI won't "invent" a bunch of "felony" violations, like "conspiracy to trespass" or "felony crapping in a trench", and threaten you with machine guns and militarized gearqueers before throwing you in prison for years...
“So, either Hillary lied to Congress or Comey lied to Congress when he said Hillary lied to Congress - it can’t be both lied and it can’t be neither lied.”
Comey should resign until this can all be sorted out.
A new FBI director should review his “investigation”.
Hillary should be questioned by the FBI again, this time under oath.
Correction: The Bush/Obama/Clinton/Bush team has corrupted each and every bit of the government.
If no one refused and it is not big deal then the FBI should absolve the agents of any requirement to adhere to the NDA.
Hoax
Yes, what happened to the 50 agents who were prepared to walk out if no charges were brought? Probably the same thing that happened to Trey Gowdy and his “I don’t give a damn whose career is ruined”. Paid off like a $2 hooker.
Non-Disclosure Agreement , you sign it before you start work every day ?
