  • FBI Files On Hillary Clinton Show She Was Issued A Subpoena For A Federal Grand Jury

    08/06/2017 5:41:37 AM PDT · by gaggs · 39 replies
In the FBI’s files on Hillary Clinton, it appears she was issued a subpoena for a Federal Grand Jury. The case was stopped from moving forward. This was early in 2016 BEFORE the election. Clinton was under investigation for serious crimes yet still allowed to run for President because Obama may have prevented the investigation from going forward.

  • Clinton Foundation Internal Audit: We May Have Misled the IRS

An internal audit commissioned by the Clinton Foundation in 2011 revealed that the Clinton’s family charity may have misled the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) when it claimed, under penalty of perjury, that it was enforcing a policy against conflicts of interest. The audit — apparently requested by Chelsea Clinton, revealed by Wikileaks, and posted by the Daily Caller — was conducted by the law firm Simpson Thatcher & Bartlett. It addressed deficiencies in the Clinton Foundation’s structure and oversight, including the potential for conflicts of interest due to the Hillary Clinton’s role as Secretary of State.
  • FBI Director Admits Classified Information Was On Cheryl Mills’ Computer

FBI Director James Comey admitted in his testimony before the House Judiciary Committee that they found "some" classified emails on the computers of longtime Hillary Clinton confidante Cheryl Mills and another top aide. Both aides, however, were given immunity in the case, which conveniently protects them from being prosecuted from anything found on their computers. When asked if these classified emails constituted a crime, Comey first dodged the question asking “if what was a crime,” and then offered a somewhat roundabout response: “you’d have to know what were the circumstances... [and] the intention around it.” But House Republicans charge that...

Earlier this week, a twitter user named "Katica" seemingly proved the "intent" of the Hillary campaign to destroy and/or tamper with federal records by revealing the Reddit thread of Paul Combetta (aka the "Oh Shit" guy; aka "stonetear"). But what's most crazy about this story is that "Katica" was able to discover the greatest "bombshell" of the entire Hillary email scandal with just a couple of internet searches while the FBI, with unlimited access to government records, spent months "investigating" this case and missed it all. The only question now is whether the FBI "missed" this evidence because of gross...

Washington (CNN)FBI Director James Comey is defending the bureau's Friday afternoon release of documents from the Hillary Clinton email investigation, saying "we don't play games" and that the documents were put out when ready. In a memo to employees Wednesday, Comey said the decision to not recommend charges against the now-Democratic nominee wasn't a close call. Read Comey's full memo "At the end of the day, the case itself was not a cliff-hanger; despite all the chest-beating by people no longer in government, there really wasn't a prosecutable case," he said in the memo. In recent weeks, Comey has met...
  • New Emails: Clinton’s State Department Gave Special Access to Foundation Donors

The true nature of the Clinton Foundation becomes ever clearer with each discovery of withheld emails. Last week we released 725 pages of State Department documents that include email exchanges in which Hillary Clinton’s top aide Huma Abedin provided influential Clinton Foundation donors special, expedited access to the secretary of state. In one flagrant example, the Crown Prince of Bahrain was forced to go through the Clinton Foundation to get access to the secretary of state. He got it after pledging $32 million to the Clinton Global Initiative.

Washington (CNN)Members of Congress will soon receive notes from Hillary Clinton's interview with the FBI over her private email server and they could be sent as early as Monday, according to sources. The FBI does not have a complete transcript of the interview, FBI Director James Comey told Congress in long testimony earlier this summer. She was not under oath, he added. But members of Congress will have access to notes taken during the interview. Several Republican lawmakers have requested the information after Comey's testimony. Politico first reported that the Obama administration was debating how to release the documents, over...

One would think that if everything were on the up and up, one would not have to tell everyone to keep their mouths shut. If there was nothing to tell, why gag those who know? This is the question all Americans should be asking in the wake of recent discoveries. Fox reports: The FBI has confirmed to a senior Republican senator that agents were sworn to secrecy — and subject to lie detector tests — in the Hillary Clinton email probe, an extensive measure one former agent said could have a “chilling effect.” A July 1 letter sent by a...

Katie wrote about how FBI agents feel that an inside deal was struck between Bill Clinton and Attorney General Loretta Lynch when the former president allegedly delayed departure time so he could run into Lynch in Phoenix. They spoke for about 30 minutes on her plane, where the conversation was grounded in golf and grandchildren. No one believed that malarkey. The FBI Director, James Comey, issued a damning report at the end of their investigation into Hillary Clinton’s email use, where “extreme carelessness” was exhibited by the former first lady and her staff in the safeguarding and collection of classified...

What do the Clintons, James Comey, and Loretta Lynch have in common? Besides their mutual involvement in the coverup of Hillary Clinton's email scandal, they also have a common background with HSBC Bank, as InvestmentWatch seems to have been the first to reveal and as others have previously expanded upon. This post attempts a roundup of some key facts. In 2012, the U.S. Senate's Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations released a statement and report summarizing a year-long investigation that found HSBC of exposing the U.S. financial system to money-laundering, drug, and terrorist financing risks during the period between the 9/11 terror attacks...

A lawyer for the NYPD cop who allegedly engaged in mile-high group sex with a hooker paid for by a shady businessman said his client is no more guilty than the former secretary of state, who was cleared by the feds. “It’s similar to what the FBI said about Hillary Clinton and why she wasn’t charged,” said John Meringolo, a lawyer for James Grant, who pleaded not guilty in Manhattan federal court Wednesday morning. “She was unaware she was committing a crime. Here there is no crime whatsoever.”

Having been on the side of leading several investigations, or as a member of a team charged with conducting them – usually aircraft accidents, the accidental death of a service member, or possible criminal activity – I found the process relatively uniform. The real meat of an investigation is the determination of Facts and Findings. These could be a lengthy list of what documents and actions were found during the discovery phase of an investigation. An example of Fact: A review of the maintenance records determined that the aircraft was released for flight per the applicable maintenance instructions. Finding: After...

In an unusual move, FBI agents working the Hillary Clinton email case had to sign a special form reminding them not to blab about the probe to anyone unless called to testify. Sources said they had never heard of the “Case Briefing Acknowledgment” form being used before, although all agents must initially sign nondisclosure agreements to obtain security clearance. “This is very, very unusual. I’ve never signed one, never circulated one to others,” said one retired FBI chief. An FBI agent currently on the job admitted, “I have never heard of such a form. Sounds strange.” Meanwhile, FBI agents expressed...

Just how was this so-called "investigation" into Hillary's private server and her missing and deleted emails conducted? Did anyone at the FBI or the DOJ really care that she sent all manner of national security information via unsecured servers or was it a pseudo-investigation? We will most likely never know, but we can certainly guess, given the character of the principals involved. It seems that the FBI and the DOJ did not care that the Secretary of State was so bent upon enriching herself and increasing her personal power that she put not only the nation at risk, but countless...

This week FBI Director James Comey recommended that the Justice Department not prosecute Hillary Clinton or members of her staff on charges of mishandling classified information. This action highlighted two sets of rules regarding national security--one for senior government officials and one for everyone else. Calling the former secretary of state and her staff was “extremely careless” using a private server and private email accounts for Government work and sending and receiving highly classified information. The FBI found that 110 of her emails contained such classified information. The director made his decision shortly after the agency interviewed Clinton in a...

FBI Director James Comey has a long history of involvement in Department of Justice actions that arguably ended up favorable to the Clintons. In 2004, Comey, then serving as a deputy attorney general in the Justice Department, apparently limited the scope of the criminal investigation of Sandy Berger, which left out former Clinton administration officials who may have coordinated with Berger in his removal and destruction of classified records from the National Archives. The documents were relevant to accusations that the Clinton administration was negligent in the build-up to the 9/11 terrorist attack. On Tuesday, Comey announced that despite evidence...
