FBI Says No Agent Investigating Clinton's Emails Refused To Sign Non-Disclosure Agreement

Katie wrote about how FBI agents feel that an inside deal was struck between Bill Clinton and Attorney General Loretta Lynch when the former president allegedly delayed departure time so he could run into Lynch in Phoenix. They spoke for about 30 minutes on her plane, where the conversation was grounded in golf and grandchildren. No one believed that malarkey.

The FBI Director, James Comey, issued a damning report at the end of their investigation into Hillary Clinton’s email use, where “extreme carelessness” was exhibited by the former first lady and her staff in the safeguarding and collection of classified material. Over 100 classified emails were found on 52 separate mails chains, and were deemed classified at the time they were sent or received. Yet, he decided not to recommend charges be brought against Mrs. Clinton. Lynch soon made her own announcement that no charges will be filed.

Yes, what about this non-disclosure business? Katie said that agents involved in the investigation had to sign non-disclosure agreements in order to prevent leaks. Over at Fox News, Catherine Herridge and Pamela K. Browne reported that a senior deputy to Comey sent a letter to Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA), chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, on July 1, to give them a heads up about the gag order (aka “Case Briefing Acknowledgement”), which also proves, contrary to what the Clinton camp has said, that this was a criminal investigation into her private email server. The FBI also said that no agent in the investigation refused to sign the agreement. "No one refused to sign," they said:

" The FBI also said that no agent in the investigation refused to sign the agreement. "No one refused to sign," they said:" In other words, "If you like your pension, you can keep your pension." Wink, wink. If you prefer the other option, you don't REALLY have to sign this NDA.

In for a penny, in for a pound.

And that’s a hefty price per pound when She Who Shall Not Be Named is on the scale!

“no one refused too sign”

My God in heaven do they REALLY believe we are this simple minded?

It’s a rhetorical question, no answer necessary.

I’d say there were some “high fives” at Chappaqua but they already know/knew that there’s not touching them with a 20ft pole. And who would want to?

“No one refused to sign,”

Confirming Comey’s FBI is utterly corrupt and cowardly.

Why do we have federal employees on the payroll who refuse to do their jobs?

Let the Democrats pay their wages.

FBI has lost any credibility they may of ever had.

Defense lawyers are going to destroy their so-called experts in the courts...

FREEPER GENERALLY POSTED.......it is entirely possible that Comey is as much a hostage as POW Denton. The Bill Clinton/Lynch tarmac meeting could have been the kind of deal that tells Comey under what circumstances he or his loved ones are allowed to remain alive.....

Knowing the filthy, greedy, ruthless Clintons, that makes a lot of sense.

AS POCONOPUNDIT POSTED: Comey took pains to talk at length about all the evidence that clearly shows Hillary was guilty of at least gross negligence in her handling of classified information (a criminal violation regardless of intent). Comey appeared to be saying, “The Fix Is In.”

CONCLUSION Comey's contradictory statements actually did not let Hillary completely off the hook. Comey pitched out a sharp-edged boomerang that's slicing back to cut Hillary to pieces.

No more proof is needed than Hillary's numbers collapsing....even after Comey....even after Boobamba flacked her on Air Force One and let her speak behind the presidential dais.

============================================

REFERENCE Jeremiah Denton, a U.S. prisoner of war (POW) as hauled before cameras by North Vietnamese captors to attest to U.S. "war crimes." Denton, who would become a U.S. senator from Alabama but at the time was a high-ranking naval aviator in the hands of his North Viet enemies, pulled a spectacular stunt on his captors. While mouthing the lies they made him say about U.S. bombings, he blinked his eyes in Morse code relating "torture" while feigning that the lights were too bright. It was the first credible confirmation that our POWs were being tortured, valuable information used from then on by U.S. war planners and negotiators.

Was Comey, in his own way, doing something similar? That's probably a stretch. But in view of the devastating case he presented before letting Hillary off the hook, his schizophrenic press conference seems to have done something similar to Denton's. SOURCE americanthinker.com ...

The Clintons learned how to handle law enforcement agencies when he was Attorney General way back in Little Rock.

Yes they do. Besides what can you really do except vote. I can object to the whole criminal cabal in the administration but I only get ONE vote. So let us hope the remaining few Americans understand and can carry the day with the vote. (But personally, I do not believe. I saw the frauds that elected Obama so I will remain skeptical.)
