If the Supreme Court is called upon again to make a decision as in the Bush-Gore election, then Justice Ginsburg will need to recuse herself.
Now we have a Supreme Court Justice bashing Republican candidates. An AG who refuses to answer Congress whether crimes have been committed and/or whether they are crimes at all. An FBI Director that has said crimes were committed but no one will prosecute. A Sec of State who insists Iran have Nukes. A President who insists that all Police are worthless and should not have weapons. When are people going to wake up. All this because Trump isn’t “Presidential” and “doesn’t have consistency”.

The constitution only says there should be at leasy one judge in the Supreme court. I am OK with not nominating anyone else. Keep it at 8 justices or some low even number like 2 of them. If tie decisions the state’s court ruling stands. I like that better than what we had these last 40+ years.
This is the Slimes’ own fault. Their interviewer should have asked her WHY she felt that way, instead of simply allowing her feelings to be printed without logic or rationale.
But that’s America today. Feelings replaced critical thinking long ago.

If Ruth Buzzi-Bader Ginsburg had the good sense the Lord gave a goose, she would resign, which would once more make the Supreme Court bench an odd number, then a definitive up-or-down decision could be rendered by the court. Instead of 5-4, it would 4-3, still a majority if only by one.
Then just keep the number of justices serving at seven. Nine was a sort of artificial number anyway, which was set to satisfy some mysterious “benefit” which no longer applies.
In fact, reorder the entire Federal Bench as well, limiting any appointive terms to no more than ten years.

Jonathan Turley was on Megan Kelly’s show last night and he confirmed that what she’s saying is UNETHICAL... I hadn’t heard anyone else speak that boldly but he said that Supreme Court justices have always insisted that rules that apply to other judges DO NOT APPLY TO THEM.
I would love to see Justice Thomas go out and start blasting Hillary Clinton... Would we have a silent MSM then?

The MSM whom are egging on Ginsburg to make such comments should be charged with abuse. There is no way she is in her right mind.
Ginsburg just wantonly exposed her lack of good judgment.
If she retired earlier, she could have guaranteed that her replacement would have been of a like mind.
