Donald Trump Is Right About Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg
NYTimes ^ | The New York Times Editorial Board

Posted on 07/13/2016 5:52:25 AM PDT by RoosterRedux

Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg needs to drop the political punditry and the name-calling.

Three times in the past week, Justice Ginsburg has publicly discussed her view of the presidential race, in the sharpest terms. In an interview with The Times published Sunday, Justice Ginsburg said, “I can’t imagine what the country would be — with Donald Trump as our president,” joking that if her husband were alive, he might have said, “It’s time for us to move to New Zealand.”

Earlier, in an interview with The Associated Press that appeared on Friday, when asked to consider a Trump victory, Justice Ginsburg replied, “I don’t want to think about that possibility, but if it should be, then everything is up for grabs.”

On Monday Justice Ginsburg doubled down, calling Mr. Trump “a faker,” who “has no consistency about him.”

The push should be on to oust her. Particularly in this 8 judge court. Take away their biggest decrepit liberal and deny Obama ANY replacement picks. COMPLETELY IGNORE HIS NOMINATIONS.

Something about a blind squirrel is fitting here.

More likely that they know her outbursts are only hurting Hillary.

How AMAZING is it that with a world class, serial, pathological liar such Hillary Clinton in the race she would dare call Trump a “faker” which is simply another term for liar?

That would seem to be a major slap down of the shriveled little commie midget, coming from the NY Times.

In a just world, Scalia never would have pre-deceased Ginsburg.

What makes her think New Zealand would accept her? The arrogance of elitists like her knows no bounds.

I did not read the editorial, but did they call for her resignation. I would guess not.

“All of which makes it only more baffling that Justice Ginsburg would choose to descend toward his level and call her own commitment to impartiality into question.”

She obviously has no commitment to impartiality anymore, if she ever even did.

Why NYT, she’s just doing the bidding of the NWO goons, pretty much like all of you have for the past 15 years or so.

What’s the problem?

She should SERIOUSLY CONSIDER RESIGNING, and not because Trump has demanded it, but because she has now given our side PROOF that the Supreme Court is no longer impartial (I know, I know, we always knew that was the case, but when she flat-out says it, it is much different).

So with the Supreme Court no longer functional as an arbitrator - and her admitting exactly that, then why should Trump listen to ANY OF THEIR RULINGS after he takes office?

“In a just world, Scalia never would have pre-deceased Ginsburg.”

In a just world, Scalia never would have died mysteriously in the home of an Obama supporter, and in a just world, an autopsy would have been conducted.

I am part of a sports group. The leader uses a tool called Sign Up Genius to organize events. Often Ruth Buzzy Ginsberg’s face confronts me in an ad on SUG supporting a petition to overturn the Citizen’s United decision. Seems she wants to be involved in politics. I say she needs a new career.

There shouldn’t be a SOTU speech at all. It’s a disgusting Fascist pageant. Scalia called it a “childish spectacle, and didn’t attend for years.

Also, since the Constitution says that the President is to send messages to CONGRESS on the “state of the union,” all the more reason for the Supreme Court not to be there.

I would like to see Trump do away with the speech, AND remind the public how much money is being saved.

Unfortunately, like Reagan, Trump is unlikely to pass up a chance to communicate with the public.
