Why I, a Bernie supporter, prefer Trump to Hillary Clinton [Millenial Mom for Trump]
YouTube ^ | 26-June-2016 | Cassandra Fairbanks

Posted on 07/02/2016 6:57:24 AM PDT by Future Useless Eater

Over the past few days, I've taken a massive amount of sh*t for saying I would support Donald Trump over Hillary Clinton. To the point where people were trying to get me fired. Which by the way is not being successful.

So I figured I would explain myself a little bit, because its completely out of control. I've been called a Nazi, a sexist, a racist, you name it, for the past three or four days, and its just completely absurd.

So, I would like to clarify a little, why I think Donald Trump is the better option than Clinton. And I'm sorry about the microphone and the camera on this laptop, its really bad.

So, basically, I am very much against war, unless the US is in trouble. So, if its for self-defense, or somebody is being aggressive towards us, well then, fine.

But I am against intervening in other countries. I think that its never a good idea to get involved in things that don't concern us. I don't think that we always need to be the world's police. which is something that Donald Trump has been very strongly advocating as well.

Hillary Clinton on the other hand, has been more hawkish than Obama. Especially concerning Iran, which makes sense because there's a huge amount of contention between the Saudi government and the Iranian government, and she's in their pockets. After receiving a large donation from the Saudi government, to the Clinton Foundation, they mysteriously got this crazy arms deal with the United States.

We're talking about a government that crucifies bloggers, and executes women and gay people, all the time. while this woman is claiming to be an ally to that community, I guess she thinks only people in the United States matter?

People read all these personal articles about all the crazy things that Donald Trump says. But there's actually a lot of substance in many of his speeches. Actually all of his speeches.

I've been watching them, almost all of them, throughout the primaries. And for a long time, I would watch them so I could pick out the stupid things that he said, and write some stupid article, and that was it.

But a lot of what he says makes sense. He wants out of Common Core, which is something that I am personally very passionate about because my daughter is greatly affected by this program.

He is against the TPP which the Democrats wouldn't even put in their party platform, that's a non-binding agreement. They wouldn't even reach for it. Really?! If they aren't even willing to be like... "hey, we'll pretend to agree with it" then, we're f*cked, if they win.

He's repeatedly said that he wants to investment money here at home, in infrastructure, and things of that nature, something that Bernie Sanders has also been pitching really hard,

There's quite a few issues where I really honestly believe that Donald Trump is closer to Bernie than Clinton is.

So, yes he says some stupid sh*t, but Clinton is more dangerous.

I firmly, firmly believe that, for example ... that Hillary Clinton... There was an article on CNN, a long time ago, arguing why the left should not hate her for what she did in Libya, and Syria, and you know, we could go on and on ... Honduras, Haiti... But this was focused on Libya.

So, for CNN, Jake Perrine wrote, "I myself would fault her for pushing President Obama to intervene in Libya. That hawkishness worries me. Regime change is not our business, and I would hope that she has learned her lesson. Yet it makes no sense for people to hate her."

OK, we're talking about an entire region being destabilized... but we shouldn't hate her for it? Maybe she's learned her lesson?

On the other hand, something you know, Donald Trump said was... "I watch as we built schools in Iraq, they're blown up. We build another one, they get blown up. We rebuild it three times, and yet, we can't build a school in Brooklyn. We have no money for education, because we can't build in our own country. at what point do you say, hey, we have to take care our ourselves? I know the other world exists, and I'll be very cognizant of that, but at the same time, our country is disintegrating. Large sections of inner cities."

These platforms should be reversed. Like, it's crazy that the Republican platform is the one saying, "maybe we shouldn't be blowing people up for fun?" like "maybe we need to focus on schools?"

While the Democratic front-runner is saying that we saying that we need to close schools that are below average. Which mathematically makes no sense. That means that she would close HALF the schools in the nation.

And that she would be more aggressive with the military... This is very troubling stuff. And yea, Trump is SAYING offensive mean sh*t at times? But Clinton DOES things, that could lead us into World War Three!

Its, you know, yes people in the US matter, but so does the rest of the world. People need to take these things into consideration. and
I will personally NEVER vote for a woman who said that "The Iraq war", which my friend died in, "was a business opportunity."
It's not f*cking happening. So, Go Trump!

More and more millennials are recognizing that the most important issue is character. Everything else comes next.

She said it right.

How can a Bernie supporter say so much that is right?

A pacifist will not support use of the military for any reason, regardless of how justified it is.

Democrats pretend to be pacifists, and encourage mindless hatred of the military while failing to grasp any clue as to the constitutional purpose of the military. So, to try to demonstrate to the public that they are not spineless doves and raise their poll numbers, they overuse and misuse the military. This is why Kosovo happened, why the Middle East is in such turmoil right now.

Trump understands the proper use of the military. Thus, he will strengthen the military, but only use it when necessary. That is neither pacifism nor warmongering.

She is young, and probably tends towards rational rather than emotional thought. As she grows older and wiser, she may decide to disavow any affiliation with the left, which manipulates people emotionally for support.

If Bernie supporters cannot tell the difference between communists Hillary than Trump then they are more stupid than I thought. Are they that ignorant to see Hillary will be the nominee and she would continue destroying America with King Obama policy. What is wrong with these people?

Trump for President. Only chance we have.

Ms. Fairbanks, if you knew what the entire US Government has done in regard to Hillary Clinton, you would understand that she is not "in the pocket" of the Saudi regime, she is literally owned by them, and the entire Federal government doesn't care...

I would actually count Hillary being “hawkish” as one single point in her favor if she weren’t such an idiot. No point being a hawk if you can’t catch any prey even if you’re life depended on it. She wouldn’t know how to run a war, even with the best advice.

Gee, we have one Bernie supporter that goes for trump. I would guess she is 1 out of a million, at most. Bernie is an open commie, Hillary a closet commie. What the hell is the difference?

” I’ve been called a Nazi,”

Welcome to the club, sweetie. I’m 57 and the first time I was called a NAZI was the late 70’s and it was in response to the idea that there should be a limit to the number of consecutive years anyone may claim Welfare and also for the idea that there are crimes worthy of a death penalty.

I get the sense that she half-pacifist. She supports use of the military for self-defense but not intervention. I agree with her on that. She probably would not agree with how I would use the military when it came time to fight (ruthlessly kill everyone and destroy all their stuff), but she gets the main issue. The military is not a social experiment.

You’d be surprised! A lot of what Bernie was pedaling was the same thing that Trump is pushing. The difference is who pays for it, who controls it. Bernie wanted the FedGov to pay and control it (infrastructure, education, health, homes). Trump wants individuals and the States to pay and control it.

Both want a lot of the same things, the difference is how we get those results. That’s where the Bern breaks down big-time.

Oh, and both would send TPTB into a frenzy if they were elected!

She said she did not object to war where needed. She does not like us being the world’s policeman and sticking our noses into everyone’s business. I agree with that. Obama has made a mess of the Middle East sticking his big fat nose into everyone’s business. I think, by design, we have Isis.
