BREAKING: Supreme Court Defiantly Cuts Legs Off Of NRA With This Historic Ruling (VIDEO)
BiPartisan Report ^ | June 27, 2016 | Pearson McKinney

The Supreme Court of the United States has finally ruled on an issue mentioned in the October 2015 syllabus, and first argued in February of 2016. The decision ruled that people convicted of any domestic abuse crimes can no longer legally own firearms.

The efforts were taken in order to “close a dangerous loophole” that allowed people convicted of “minor” domestic abuse to purchase and own weapons legally. Now, the ban on felons owning firearms has been extended to include people convicted of misdemeanor domestic violence.

This is a huge step forward for women’s rights, as more than 1/3 of women who fall victim to homicide, fall victim at the hands of their significant other. According to studies, spouses are the murderers of women 38.6% of time, whereas, for murdered men, it is only 6.3% of their partners who are responsible for their deaths.

“... huge step forward for women’s rights, “

an honest look at the stats would say it’s not just about women.

marrriage and even DATING now incompatible with the Second Amendment..?

I have a friend who just ONE time pulled the shoulder of a woman he was casually dating and he cannot own firearms for life.

While this seems to be reasonable, it is just a matter of time until a speeding ticket will prevent you from obtaining a gun. They are cleverly stripping the tree of Liberty one leaf at a time.

We are losing the message. We are fighting for terrorists rights for weapons and domestic violence people to have weapons. I think we need to change our tactic. The whole fight for terrorists rights is a stunner. I know it has to do with lists and god forbid a person may be on it that doesn’t need to be, but we are talking mostly Muslims and I’d rather go with safe then sorry.

To make this work the feds will have to pass more draconian gun laws which will, of course, further erode our Constitutional rights.

One more reason to NEVER date a crazy woman, no matter how cute.

Unfortunately, that means most women...

What’s going to happen will be domestic violence charges are going to be weakened.

Who’s arguing for terrorist rights? Terrorists, by definition, do not obey the laws. This is about denying the law abiding their rights and nothing more. Same as it ever was.

So everyone will be asking for a jury trial, and briefing their team of defense attorneys?

Another step forward in the subjugation of men by women.

And to leave men defenseless in the face of tyranny and terrorism.

Great! Now we must insist that any politician accused of any crime, even a misdemeanor, not be allowed within a half mile of ANY weapon. Especially those of their guards.

Take it further....they cannot hold office. Period.

“This is a huge step forward for women’s rights”

Only for those who always submit to abuse.
One mistake and the victim can lose those rights too, labeled as an abuser by the abuser. Mind & legal games can run deep, devouring the bewildered victim.

What’s going to happen will be domestic violence charges are going to be weakened.

not in all American states. In the bastion states of liberalism, they will be strengthened to purposely destroy the 2nd.

This does nothing of the sort. The author is misinformed, or more likely, lying. This merely defined if a misdemeanor crime of DV had to have the Mens Ria — the ‘guilty mind’ — of intent. If DV occured because someone was angrily throwing vases at a wall, and the wife was near, and a splinter accidentally injured her, then he’s guilty of DV.

That’s all. Not a “cutting of the legs off the NRA” at all.
