id you hear the latest about Tim Tebow? He prayed with a woman as her husband was dying from a heart attack during an airplane flight.
Isn't that disgusting?
"I think I'm going to throw up," one commenter wrote.
There have been thousands more like that posted on websites that carried that story. They should provide plenty of material for psychiatrists studying Tebow Derangement Syndrome (TDS).
The malady triggers foaming at the mouth among two groups. One believes Tebow would be a great pro quarterback if only the anti-Christian NFL hadn't blackballed him.
That has waned a bit as Tebow has drifted into other ventures. The other strain of TDS appears to have no cure. You know you have it if you're upset over what Tebow did Sunday on a flight from Atlanta to Phoenix.
A passenger suffered a heart attack. The Delta crew sprung into action and a physician's assistant named Nicki Freeze started administering CPR.
As anxious passengers watched the drama, Tebow left his seat to see what was happening. Nobody knows what he actually said, but Tebow leaned over and hugged the stricken man's wife and prayed with her and her friend.
A couple of passengers took pictures and posted them on social media. The story was picked up by the mainstream press. I read a few hundred comments, and I'd estimate 60 percent praised Tebow.
Here's a representative sampling of the other 40 percent. Psychiatrists are hopefully standing by.
"Tim Tebow was getting in the way while trying to be a missionary on a plane? What a putz!"
If Tebow had impeded the rescue, I'm pretty sure the flight crew would have firmly ordered him back to his seat. Instead, photos show the man's wife holding onto Tebow throughout the ordeal.

Doctors told his mom to abort him because of a drug she used that may have caused serious birth defects. Tim is leading his life and paying homage to God for giving him the chance of life. He is a great man with the character to someday be president. But he is too good and Dems would never allow it to happen.
“...Does that make any sense to anybody?...”
it makes perfect sense when you understand their end game.
Roger that. I don't care what these rabid, anti Christians think. Satan hates Christians. Since they take after him, they do too. They can, as you say, FOAD.
You know the old saying, if you are catching flak, you must be over the target. I doubt Tebow cares what they think either.
Agreed.
I’m bilingual.
I speak normal english and i speak idiot.
It makes sense if you understand idiot. Gayness is to be celebrated and anyone coming out is a true hero to be admired.
Religion on the other hand, is to be condemned, especially those danged Christians, UNLESS one is muslim. THEN religion is to be vehemently defended regardless of the way they treat women and gays.
See? It’s easy.
Sadly, the woman's husband passed away. Maybe the prayers lifted up for him as he went to meet his maker comforted his wife. It appeared to do so. Being there and being genuine in your love and faith in God and for His children is commendable. The detractors are either sick and demented; willing tools of Satan or so very lost.
I would love for Trump to invite Tebow to the convention that would be so cool!!!
I haven’t been to an ice rink fight in many years. I do recall that back then, folks were divided between the genuine azzholes and true fans who stood in reverence for both the US national anthem and the Canadian anthem and cheered for great plays by both sides. I must be living in another world, a parallel universe or something.
The kindness of strangers is something liberals can never understand.
That is true bro. I doubt Tim T takes any pleasure in that. He would rather they repent, and a remnant will, but only a few, kind of like it has been since creation. Narrow is the gate, and few find it.
Our God is an awesome God!
Sadly.
Thanks for posting this. I saw the anti-Tebow comments at an article I read about the incident and thought at the time they were way over the line. Tim Tebow is a sincere man who lives his religion the best he can. There are a lot of real sickos out there who can’t stand that.
It is not hatred of Tebow — it is hatred of Christianity. This country is quickly becoming more like the UK in that regard.
hatred of the good for being the good = one of the signs of evil
