John Kerry Admits ISIS Is a Bigger Threat Than Climate Change

RUSH: Climate change. We have more on that today. John Kerry, the former Vietnam War veteran who served in Vietnam, has come out and finally admitted that ISIS is a bigger threat than climate change. This... I know it's funny, but Kerry admits that all this time he and Obama and everybody in the Regime have been claiming that climate change represents the biggest threat. But now it's ISIS! Now, why change? Why do this? I mean, climate change and the Democrat Party are inseparable. And the Democrats are making it the number-one issue. There are reasons -- absurd, of course, 'cause there isn't any evidence that it's happening.

All we have are computer models.

See, here we have this little heatwave out in the Southwest the past three or four days. "See? See? It's never been hotter!" I'll bet you if you go look into historical temperatures, you'll find days at this time of year since records have been kept where temperatures were as high, maybe even higher, than what they've been. But to young people who don't have that historical perspective, "Oh, my God, it's never been this hot! Oh, my God, climate change! Oh, my God, global warming! Oh, my God, we're frying! Oh, my God, we're broiling! Oh, my God, it's over! Oh, my God, the climate change people are right"

And they're not.

They're no closer to being right because of the weather this weekend anywhere than they've ever been closer to being right because all they've got is computer models. They don't even have any data. Climate change is not even about science. It's all thorough, 100% politics. And the Democrats have found the way to make Millennials and young people believe that it's true, and that is by convincing them that their future is inexorably tied to it. Hello, "sustainability." And it's a shame what's been done to these people. Millennials have actually...

I touched on this yesterday. Liberalism... I've never seen doom and gloom and pessimism so successfully sold, and I know that negativism and pessimism are human emotions that are natural. You know, in other words, you don't have to work hard to be negative. You don't have to work hard to be a pessimist. You don't have to reach a certain level of consciousness in order to be negative. We all can easily do it. Being optimistic and positive is what takes work.

But the Democrats are not selling optimism. When you get right down to it, they're not. They're selling pessimism and doom and gloom, and then they link, "The only hope you have to survive is by voting for us and keeping us in power and expanding our power so that we can go out and punish the people who are ruining your future." That's the pitch to young people, and it's worked. So we've got our work cut out peeling all that away. It's one of the many objectives of this program day in and day out.

Dear John Kerry: This is not even an ‘Apples & Oranges’ comparrsion. This is ‘Apples & Mercedes’. One has nothing at all to do with the other. Do you get it now? Don’t answer that.

Hillary can’t claim ISIS is not a threat or voters will dump her.

Hillary can’t go against Obama AND the rest of the administration without getting attacked from the left. But Obama will not admit ISIS is a threat and his/Hillary’s policies have been a disaster.

Hillary can go WITH “the rest of the administration” and constantly redirect questions about opposing Obama to the fact that she is agreeing with the rest of the administration and thus not having to directly oppose Obama.

So, “the rest of the administration” needs to start saying things about ISIS that Obama doesn’t like to hear to let Hillary be against ISIS for the voters.

Kerry did not suddenly wake up with a clue. He just wants his wife’s to be the only horses’s head he wakes up with in the future.

John F’n Kerry’s FACE is a bigger threat than climate change. But, not a bigger threat than ISIS. So he’s go that going for him.

Truly, one of the biggest flaming morons ever to walk the face of the earth.

We lived in Scottsdale, Arizona, part of 1962. Newbies from Kansas. Nobody told us that we should leave the car windows down a bit when it got warm or the heat build-up could be sufficient to blow out a window or two. Lesson learned the hard way and, as I recall, it was only in the low 100’s at its warmest while we were there - but, as they say, it was dry heat!

Kerry’s new stance:

“Climate and ISIS both major threats but the most important issue today is how I avoid paying taxes on my yacht.”

Rush needs to realize the the 17 year warming hiatus has ended in the short term. Due to this recent El Nino. This had been predicted by us AGW deniers. That warming is very short term and is already disappearing. The global average temp is now dropping like a rock. Faster then it has in at least 50 years. And the new global average in the short term will set records for being below average by the winter time. The reason is that El Nino is cooling the Pacific. Basically blowing off solar radiation instead of incorporating solar radiation. So El Nino generated short term (monthly) atmospheric warming, but long term (seasonal) Pacific cooling. That colder Pacific will show by winter.

This is ALL BS and just typical normal weather patterns!! Hysteria from the left to make America a 3rd world country just like EVERYONE else WHY should America have the resources to be energy independent when MANY other countries can’t ...... We will just make laws that prevent America from being energy independent PURE BS!!!!!

My father was a carbon research engineer, and among his work was the patient for the first carbonless paper, or known today as the bank check without carbon paper.

His hobby was the climate. Initially he was one of the 1960's Mini-Ice-Age guys, but with the advent of the EPA we started to be warned about Global Warmning. To my dad's credit he believed and later showed me data going back to the Dark Ages, showing small dectectable swings in temperatures; swings lasting 24-28 years up and then 24-28 years down basically revolving around a base temperature. As the proof in Our Lifetimes, dad cited that into the 60s we were at the end of cycle where temperatures cooled, and beginning roughly 1971 we started another warming cycle. DID THE EPA Folks also know, and did they suddendly declare Climate Change in 1998 as the temperatures flatlinned and we had entered the reversal stage where temperaturs began to cool again???

Today, using a rough estimate of this cooling-warming-cooling pattern, it is easy to see that 2016 is probably moving into the final years of the cooling stage which will be followed by another rise.

The wild card in the entire process is Solar Radiation and Solar Flares. Everyone who understands radiowaves or how communications understands solar spots/flares/erruptions generally cause short periods of untimely seasonal warmth, and a disruption in communications. Under Obama the information on the Federal Communications Webpage has been revamped and SOLAR ACTIVITY is no longer understood to cause warming....

Human activity increasing C02 is not the problem, but maybe acid rain is a small problem. The real problem is overpopulation and terrorism which is really just war. Kerry is correct if he said war is the real threat to human's, but the Sun too can be as much a friend as foe. Don't tell the EPA though:)

Those cycles are true. There are also cycles in global ocean temps. But the most drastic cycles in the immediate geological record are the ice ages. Those are thousands of years long cycles. At some point soon the current inter glacial warm period will end. We know this will happen and it is the long term threat civilization needs to prepare for. Assuming of course our governments can avoid unleashing their nuckear weapons.

Once the climate scientists create a computer model of Islamic terrorism...they’ll message the data to make climate change worse -trust that!
