Are you still concerned that Donald Trump is a racist?
I was never concerned that he is a racist - Trump has been in the news since the '80s, I've heard numerous interviews with him, and I know he's not a racist. I asked why he objected to the judge in this case, since the news reports only gave "Hispanic" as a reason.

The judge funds scholarships for illegal immigrants. The following website has exposed Meagan Kelly and her attempts as a lawyer to defend another lawyer who goes on record as referring to himself as Mexican. Not American.

And so far, he's doing pretty good I'd say. Maybe all the other politicians go for the spoon feeders and he's not. We'll see who there's more of.

Judge Curiel is a member of the San Diego La Raza Lawyers Association, a bar association of Latino lawyers. He is of Mexican decent.Regardless of the Association's statement as to what they wish to achieve, the words "LA RAZA" are present ="THE RACE". The judge separated himself from Justice for All! BTW, The Judge was born in Indiana to "Immigrant" parents. Were they both legal? If not the Judge is NOT an American Citizen.
I know, others say yes. However the 14th Amendment reads "All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and the State wherein they reside. If the parents illegal, they are subject to a foreign jurisdiction, the children are not American Citizens.
The matter is up for contention as it has not gone to the Supreme Court. The Indian Citizenship Act of 1924, also known as the Snyder Act, has been interpreted to be about American Indians and their citizenship. But if the American Indians were born here and sic. citizens, there would be no need for such a law.Similarly, the children of Illegal Immigrants are not citizens. So perhaps the Judge should disqualify himself.
IMHO the Judge's declaring himself a "Hispanic" Race in his records as seen on the Internet makes no sense. Sic it is a Divisive Democrat term to link all people who are born in a Spanish speaking heritage into a "Political" block. Divide and conquer. The Hispanics are being separated from their Caucasian, Black, Amer-Indian and mixed heritage (or national heritage) in order to herd them onto the Democrat Plantation.
