Good question. Because it works. If you are looking to expand your reach (that is to say...to evangelize) beyond the folks who already agree with you, you have to be willing to talk to folks who wouldn't otherwise hear your message. So you use the leftmedia's own platform to reach them. The downside risk is that the leftmedia will lie and distort like they usually do.
So sorry for perky katie: her would-be victims were recording the interview as well and can prove the falsehood. Just like Dan Rather.

People have a CHOICE whether to lie or not.
Leftist parents teach their children to tell the story of life from their own socialist, communist perspective but DON'T, of course, want to ANYONE to disagree with them. Perhaps they think that they don't need God.
I agree with you on: Satan, being the adversary, liar and murderer. One of God's light bearers, a beloved angel...who allowed PRIDE, the nadir of human direction, to dictate his soul. What a shame.

Our human nature is broken, corrupted, and absent the saving Grace of God is inclined toward sin. Lying is a sin. Last time I checked.

The point?
Too many people have their free speech mocked and debased. If one doesn't "free speech," it seems, in the correct manner then, s/he is excoriated at home, work and play.
SOME people don't mind that and have the strength of mind to keep on because they KNOW that they are right. Others want acceptance from the entire world.
I keep company with people of my "ilk," Catholics who practice their faith, go to daily Mass...and TRY very hard to follow God's simple words: LOVE GOD and love each other.
And that, for me, is difficult as I have to "love" the moron [usually a foreigner from Asia] who SEEMS to be trying very hard to kill me with his/her car. And, that car is USUALLY a black BMW.

This gets easy when you truly understand that these people are “activists” posing as “journalists.”
That’s the thing about free speech: you can only be heard if you’re willing to talk.
Being mocked isn’t that big of a deal. And in the long term, you learn why “turning the other cheek” is not only the good thing to do, it’s also the effective thing to do.
Chances are you’re not going to persuade the person who smites you. BUT, you may well persuade some members of the crowd who are watching. And if I might be so bold to point it out; gun rights is one of very few places where our side is clearly winning. In large part because we’ve never given up the narrative.
Will A publication by VCDL that mostly goes to membership, and some of the “chorus” (as in 2nd amendment advocates) get the coverage Missy Couric gets on Mainstream television Nationwide?
I think not, but it’s interesting to note by we of the “chorus” how she deliberately socked it to us with her lying manipulation.

I guess you either don't work (retired) or work for yourself. We all gotta work to live, eat and such. People HAVE to hire you and if decide to say your spiel on day one, you MIGHT NOT get a job.
MOST people are more persuaded by ACTION rather than lip-flapping. How a person LIVES is more important to me that what he says.
As for guns, lol, I love'em. My husband taught me to shoot. He's passed on now and I sold all his guns.
Now, I only use my pellet gun, which is legal in this state and in this city, to own and fire at any time. I HAVE gotten rid of all the crows in the area and nice birds are back, even SINGING in the morning.
I actually HIT a crow once with one of those tiny little pellets as it was only 10 feet away. It didn't kill, hurt or knock him off his flight path. BUT, crows have "facial recognition" ability and remember faces.
Lol. EVERY time that crow sees me it caws at me. [It probably means "bitch" in crow.] All the other zillions of crows around the city ignore me but ONE crow hates me. LIFE IS GOOD.
