The 'official' Cruz campaign is out of money... But his Super Pacs are still flush with cash... Cruz and Ryan's intent from the beginning was IF need be, have the US House of Representative 'select' the president. This is why Ryan is always seen with that smirk on his face when asked about anything to do with 2016 presidential campaign. Presently the objective is to deny Trump the magic number 1237 delegates... Contested convention... 1976 Ford - Reagan...
