The DoJ wants judges to be able to issue remote search warrants for computers located anywhere that the United States claims jurisdiction, which could include other countries.

…what part of that sentence doesn't scream "I can't wait to be abused!"?
About the only thing I can think of that would be more open to abuse would be Writs of Assistance.

That's not considering already extant procedures/'justifications' like "exigent circumstances".

As weird as it sounds, this can of worms only got more tangled. Nobody on the receiving jurisdiction of these searches has agreed to honor them. Some of this will fly in federal court, but is is doubtful that all jurisdictions even those within the US will agree on the meaning of the ruling.

Totalitarian control-—how unconstitutional of the Marxists on the SCOTUS to throw out our “Justice” System for Stalin’s and Hitler’s.

BWTH, they have been doing it since they allowed the globalist cartel to set up the Federal Reserve to make slaves of all of us and control everything we see and hear in the “news” and control all our “judges” so that Tesla would lose his patents and they could make themselves filthy wealthy and insert themselves in the control of ALL property. The corp. cartels picks the winners and losers and the divide is getting really expansive now with their kids making millions an hour, and we have no Freedom of even what our own children “think”. Mandatory indoctrination centers-—now all-day kindergartens so the State can embed their unshakeable worldview in our children——cogs for the machine—who have all Virtue destroyed.

Oh Well,,,,,then they added a “Natural Right” to killing babies-—then, the killing of the Old (who had the Natural Right to suicide by doctors (lol) ....and then the “special” Natural Right” to sodomize others and force children and Christians to think the muslim/pagan/satanic ethics are “Good” and “Natural”. Flood all movies/TV with males kissing so our children will be as insane and ignorant of Truth/Natural Law as muslim harem boys.

All the above is removed from “Right Reason according to Natural Law” and so is unconstitutional. We have INDIVIDUAL NATURAL RIGHTS FROM GOD THAT ARE UNALIENABLE——and now we have a Big Brother that keeps track of ALL our ACTIONS and DICTATES Good and Evil based on Satanic Ethics. (Our Justice System-—based on the “..the Laws of Nature and nature’s God” is now a Vice (cartel) System of total slavery for the State.

Whenever I encounter someone in favor of government snooping, I ask them:

Suppose your next door neighbor is an accountant for the IRS. Should he be able to– whenever he wants– read the texts you send to your wife? Should he be able to come to your house at will, and poke around in your bank statements? Read your emails? Look in your closets?

Because that’s who the government is. It’s peoples’ next door neighbors who have no business looking into anything in your life any more than you have business looking into theirs. We’re not talking about a two-way street; they don’t consider us their equal.

We need to be reminded that ‘the government’ is not some benevolent friend. It is people who couldn’t get a job in the real world, with unjustified power, acting in their own interest.

The Supremes expanding their jurisdiction worldwide is what this sounds like to me.

Whats to stop the other 192 countries from expanding their courts’ jurisdictions worldwide as well?

Nose under the tent for things like asset seizure across national borders, and criminal convictions in jurisdictions where the accused never even set foot.

Erdogan is already trying to enforce Turkish law in foreign countries.
