20 attorneys general, all Democrats, have upped-the-ante in their own way. Again under the pretext of combatting fraud, these officials, clothed in immense power, have started what can only be termed a campaign of intimidation against businesses and organizations advocating a thoughtful, cautious approach to public policies dealing with man’s role in impacting the global climate.
Begun by New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman, and followed-on by California AG Kamala Harris, this effort started by looking at the efforts of ExxonMobil in dealing with proposals that would have a tremendous impact on the energy sector in the United States. Among their concerns were the research and education organizations that ExxonMobil may have supported.
Schneiderman and Harris were soon joined by another eighteen attorneys general — and when this effort was questioned by CEI’s Hans Bader in January, CEI found itself to be the target!
Last week, Claude Walker, the AG for the U.S. Virgin Islands, subpoenaed the donor records for CEI — sending a clear signal to both CEI and its donors that such dissent simply will not be tolerated.
Let’s be clear here: Exxon has a fundamental right to support whatever non-profit organizations it wants to, and to do so privately. CEI has a right to accept donations from any U.S. Citizen or U.S. company it wants to. Both have the right to keep their donations private, a right that is protected under the First Amendment, and enshrined in the Supreme Court’s 1957 NAACP v. Alabama decision.
The high court understood then that one of the ways that government could harm people was by using the powers of officialdom to intimidate individuals into not supporting important, but perhaps unpopular, causes.

At a local town meeting recently, one guy stood to criticize the town’s decision to replace the school system’s heating the schools with natural gas. Instead, he condemned the town and the people for it, saying that the oceans will rise six feet by the end of the century and that “the kids know better than to use fossil fuels.” He was impervious to reason and insisted that fossil fuels “remain in the ground, where they belong” while we move to a pure solar and wind-powered energy system. He sounded nuts. And he votes.

This is a first amendment issue lying directly on separation of church and state. As man made global warming is being embedded as a state religion, it is the obligation of secular segments of society to pull it back.

Our government/courts actually BANNED transmitting Virtue (Classical Christian Curricula) which banned transmitting our Founding principles and culture to our children. Justice is the Queen of Virtue and our Justice System is ONLY supposed to promote OUR ideas in OUR Constitution-—the Supreme Law of the Land which is based only on Christian Virtue.
The “Progressives” with Wilson (socialist takeover) was the beginning of this “End”. They knew that to destroy Virtue formation will collapse civil society (Cultural Marxists). They took over our universities and trained our “teachers”-—Pavlovian style.

Evil is AFRAID of truth and Freedom of Speech is the ONLY thing which gives us “freedom”-—without it, we are ignorant—can be kept from the Truth in Plato’s Cave. The super-elite psychopath/Satanists have BANNED truth for over 70 years in America starting with JP Morgan buying all the APs in early 1900 and owning the publishing and textbook companies and funding/controlling “teachers” who are just facilitators to program into a communist, irrational Reality (utopia where Up is Down, Slavery is Freedom and Boys are Girls and the State will determine Good and Evil (Wisdom)——to flip 2000 years of worldview, back to the pagan, satanic pagan, sodomite, baby-killing cultures where the masses were just slaves and serfs and peasants and the super elites ran everyone-—like cattle.

How could the AG's hurt them if they stall in turning over subpeoned documents. Isn't that what the Obama and Clinton administrations do all the time? Delay, deny and then point the finger at the "witch hunters."
What about their investigations against Delay, the Senator from Alaska, Bob Packwood from Oregon and Scott Walker and the entire Republican party of Wisconsin? All witch hunts and they turned over all their documents with just one letter from the AG, why?
