Ted Cruz said Thursday he will not apologize to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell for accusing him of lying last year, despite suggestions from Senate colleagues it would help them unite behind his campaign.

"That ain't gonna happen," Cruz told CNN's Dana Bash in an interview that aired on "Erin Burnett OutFront." "And if the Washington lobbyists want to see that happen, they can hold their breath a long, long time. My focus is on the American people and uniting Republicans behind shared values and a shared vision." Cruz has presented himself as the candidate best poised to unite the Republican Party against Hillary Clinton in November. But he has struggled with his own colleagues in the Senate, winning limited support from Republican senators.

He already did. This is just posturing. He could not have had any GOP funding and backing had he not already did. Hes a sell out and no propoganda trying to make him look like a rebel” will convince any intelligent person otherwise. This article is beyond stupid.

Most of us figured out that whole “good cop” “bad cop” thing when we were in our teens. I’m surprised it is still working so well on adults.

Ah of course, we can’t let the little minions think that Teddy the TOOL would apologize, that would shatter the meme created around the fraud. Insider outsider but really an insider...or something - who knows, he’s so dishonest you’d need to be on the inside to know just what the outsider stands for, or against.

What a bunch of nonsense.

And you explain the video of Cruz, iCarly, etc. and her stepping in as how when asked that very same question?

BS on your part. Finding out people don’t like you hiding behind a skirt afterwards and THEN issuing a token response isn’t ‘character.’ AND YOU KNOW IT.

Eric Lycan "was counsel for U.S. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell’s 2014 reelection effort."

Lycan has a long association with McConnell. As an example

Will pompously refuse to apologize to McConnell who tacitly supports him with words and money, but chooses to hide behind iCarly’s skirts when asked about “ever cheating?”

Your post is BS.

Cruz has already answered the NE charge. He has also said that he has never cheated on his wife.

And Cruz is the only candidate who has been asked that question.

Lycan "was" counsel. BFD.

Gee Corey Lewandowski worked for the RNC and worked for the Koch Bros. Does that make Corey and Trump establishment?

He already did. He wouldnt have GOP backing if he didnt.

"That ain't gonna happen" - Isn't that nice and lawyerly? It ain't gonna happen because it already happened. Phraseology worthy of Slick Willy himself!
