Pied Piper GOP Establishment Cons Gullible Ted Cruz

Posted on 04/02/2016 4:57:06 AM PDT by JLAGRAYFOX

Folks we are at the threshold of a poliitcal revolution that can change the face of the American Republic or, let it continue on as is, into continuing decline and destruction, as has happend to so many great powers of the world of the past, Persia, Greece, Egypt. Rome, etc. It's not as if our nation has not gone through this, already...in our very "own" revolution seeking independence from the British Empire. This was our first great revolution.....led by men & woman of great courage who actually put their lives on the line to gain freedom and liberty for the common man who was being seriously oppressed by the tyrants of the British Empiire.

We only need to look back a bit to see how George Washinton was in dire straits, when he decided to attack Trenton, NJ and, mastered a massive victory over the British. But.....how many Americans today know who Nathanael Greene & Daniel Morgan were. Nathanael Greene became the "favorite" General of George Washington. Greene, a Major General, with no formal military training, having a permanent walking limp, that always kept him dragging his foot as he marched, plotted the two decisive battles of the Revolutionary War. The Battle of Cow Pens (1781), South Carolina & the Battle of Guilford Court House, North Carolina (1781), that ended up forcing Britiish General Cornwallis to flee to Yorktown, Virginia....where Washington & our French allies, defeated th British and ended the Rvolutionary War. Daniel Morgan, a Brigader General under the command of Greene, with little military training, but great fighting experience, pulled out a major victory at the battle of Cow Pens, South Carolina. Morgan's strategic, tactics are still studied in West Point to this very day!!! These folks were the "Outsiders" of their time...just like Donald J. Trump is today......Trump is certainly no politician of rank today.....thank God....but...his patroitic, heart and passion are all for the nation and the all the people of America!!!

Ameica & Americans face a crossroad of destiny, very similar to our forebears, in the American Revolution...Should we just continue down the road the Republican & Democrat Establishment have chosen to chain us with, or should we, once again revive the passion & fervor of our great Republic & change course to a greater political & manifest destiny. Should Wisconsin voters, next Tuesday vote for Ted Cruz....the candidate now bought & owned, wholly by The GOP Establishment losers & weak sisters...or, should they vote for Donald J. Trump & follow the destiny that Washington, Greene, Morgan, etc. gave to us.

Here is a list of Ted Cruz backers you should all study...before you cast your votes next Tuesday: - Mitt Romney - POTUS Loser - John McCain - POTUS Loser - Jeb Bush - POTUS Loser - Rick Perry - POTUS Loser - Cary fiorina - POTUS Loser - Glenn Beck - Failed, Disgraced Talk Show Host - Paul Ryan - The "Obama" Lap Dog - Scott Walker - POTUS Loser

Folks think, long, hard & honestly.....The nation and your future, your children's future depends on the choice you make. I choose Trump...with all his faults, because Trumo has the very fiber of the great leaders, men & women who end up changing the world with great leadrship & direction. Ted Cruz will give you 'ZERO" of that. In fact......Thes GOP (E) folks listed here, will destroy Ted Cruz before he goes anywhere!!!

When I render an opinion I am condescended to as being "better than that." When published writers in the field confirm, they are demeaned as "propagandists."

As I said in my next preceding post, the people are beginning to catch on to this kill the messenger approach designed to divert attention from the gaping flaws in the politics and character of Donald Trump.

Here is a "propagandist" who makes very cogent arguments that the nomination of Donald Trump will lead only to disaster:

This Is Not 1980, And Donald Trump Is Not Ronald Reagan

I truly think you are better than that. I'm not trying to be condescending. You are one of the best here. As for whether "published writers in the field" are to be believed, there are as many published writers in the field who believe otherwise. That is not an argument. I note that the argument that I did make was not addressed.

This is not 1980, but look at it the other way around. If this was Ronald Reagan running against a field of 17 in 2016 (he'd have to be a governor from Arizona or Texas instead of California this time), the press, the democrats and the Republican establishment would likely have done the same to him, and at this point, I question whether he would even still be in the race. That Trump has weathered this array of forces against him, and even has a substantial lead is a testament to his ability to connect and also to the ability of his supporters to see through the BS to the heart of what he offers.

You have offered links to anti-Trump opinion pieces. I have read a number of very well-written pieces lately on the subject of why a conservative should support Trump over the ostensibly more pristine conservative Rafael Eduardo Cruz. I agree with those pieces. You don't. It's a a shame. I don't mind when a shill I don't respect, like so many that post here non-stop, don't agree with me. They behave like cultists, and some post so much it seems like they are paid. But when I disagree with someone like you on such a fundamental topic, then it gives me pause, and I make sure to reexamine my reasoning. I hope you occasionally do the same.

Realistic Thought of the Day: Following the Wisconsin thrashing, Trump will go bonkers and will offend even die-hard Trump supporters.

Seriously. The RNC can see what is going on. Contrary to the popular storyline, they are not totally stupid enough to try to rig in someone other than Trump or Cruz.

Of course the GOPe wants to maintain their status quo, that’s human nature, but for them to turn their gun from point at their foot to pointing at their head is too far fetched.

If Trump can get 1237 even Cruz has made it clear he will stand up to anyone who the GOPe to insure Trump gets what is rightfully his, the nomination.

On the otherhand, it is Cruz’s duty to try his best to beat Trump, legally and ethically. Outsmarting Trump on the delegates is part of the process. It was Trump’s responsibility to know how this works.

If Cruz can prevent Trump from getting 1237 and can force a 2nd or subsequent delegate ballot, that is the way Conventions and politics work. It was Trump responsibility to be informed or=f the process and plan accordingly.

I will vote for either Cruz or Trump in the General. Even as an unknown quantity, Trump beats the hell out of a for certain disaster hitlery will bring.

My thinking is that Cruz brings the most honor, intelligence, thought and understanding to the hard job of running for President. Regardless of how Trump supporters have felt it “the thing to do” to run him down, Cruz has never been guilty of being the type of person he is so unfairly slandered.

Cruz is a true consistent conservative who will lovingly abide by the Constitution and offer the best chance to reverse the liberal damage we have suffered for many years.

His only sin in this campaign is to be the one candidate most likely to prevent Trump from attaining his political ambitions.

I wouldn't go that far. They are sending up trial balloons already to see just how much harm that would do. They want to nominate someone else, but they want to make sure it won't hurt them too much.

I have little use for the twirps at RNC and am not defending them in the least.

Those “trial balloons” are coming from folks not in the RNC hierarchy. My source was none other than Newt, now a Trump ‘advisor’. Newt says he looked at the list of the ones touting slipping in an insider going around Trump or Cruz, and none were GOP big shots. Would not doubt Rove, who seems to be a perpetual “RNC non-big shot” and is not above cooking up coups.

Me and a huge number of Republicans will protest loudly if Trump comes with 1237 and is sabatouged, same if they try to undercut Cruz. This line in the sand has been drawn and the GOPe knows it will not get away with any funny business.

Conversely, Trump needs to understand that if he tries to blackmail his way to the nomination without getting 1237 we will not stand for that either. Majority of delegates has always been the rule. Rule 40 is democratic and common sense.

He gets the nomination fair and square, fine, he’s our guy. Try some thugery and he’ll regret it.

You didn’t mention Mitch McConnell, who is Coulter’s biggest screwup. I am beginning to believe that her being seduced by liberals and then being jilted by them is something pathological. She went on the attack for him like nothing I have never seen, despite every pronouncement Mitch (Harry’s Bitch) made about how he would eliminate Obamacare, etc.

Except for choice of men (she loves Chief Justice John Roberts, whom she clerked for, and who hung the albatross of Obamacare around our necks by re writing the Constitution), she is brilliant. I have read almost everything Coulter has ever written; her defense of Sen. Joe McCarthy, where she used declassified data from Russia/Soviet Union to prove that all of Those People were communists, is classic scholarship. I absolutely worship the caustic way she uses words of Democrats to flay them alive. I just wish she would quit falling for every male airhead who says he is conservative, but has never proved it.
