Rafael Cruz’s biography has been the emotional and inspirational bedrock of his son’s bid for the White House, and as such, he has been one of the senator’s busiest and most recognizable campaign surrogates.

Actually the truth is abortion is constitutionally not a federal issue. What they should be saying is the issue should go back to the states along with marriage, Bible in schools and prayer in schools.
