A YouTube video of a woman angered by a man who confronted her for parking in a disabled parking spot outside a Tim Hortons in Toronto has sparked howls of Internet outrage.
The video, posted by the man - named Ryan Favro - has garnered more than one million views since it was posted on Monday.
It begins with Favro politely asking the woman about her parking as she returns to her Jeep with her Timmys coffee and ice coffee.
"So why do you park in a handicapped parking spot? Are you handicapped?" he is heard asking.
"No," she says, and walks away.
"Well, what makes you so special that you can park in a handicapped spot?" he asks.
"Record me, Ill break your (expletive) phone," she says as she gets into the driver's seat, and slams the door.
The woman then gets back out, and hurls what appears to be the iced coffee - along with profanities - at the videographer.
When he then persists in asking, "What makes you so special?" she throws the coffee at him.
"I'm taking this to the police, you assaulted me," he says.
"Good for you!" she yells, before backing up and driving away, licence plate clearly visible in the video.
Late Tuesday, Favro made his video private.
In addition, Instanews said it had taken down the video "at the request of the citizen journalist who filmed it."
"We have been told that the Toronto police are aware of the incident," Instanews said in a post.

Will the MAN be arrested for assault? After all, any good feminazi knows that women are always the victims.
Some people have no ‘couth’.
I had my placard on my dash and was at the rear of my car and this super obese woman had pulled behind my car and was obviously upset I took the space she wanted and rolled her window down and shouted ‘Just because you won your Purple Heart license plate doesn’t mean you can park there’. I just shook my head, grabbed my cane and went into the store. She had her 5ft wide backside engulfing a motorized car seat in the store a few minutes later.
“I tend to mind my own business. You never know the mentality of the other nut and having to pop someone over a parking spot that is not even mine would be a bad day.”
He sure is a lispy sounding little b#tch.
eh?
A paraplegic friend of mine used to read the riot act to morbid obese people using handicapped parking and wheel chairs. “You think if I couldn’t get my ass out of this f&#king chair by taping my mouth shut for a couple of months I wouldn’t do it?”
Classic .... what a great statement to make to some of the behemoths whose only handicap is the size of their mouth.
Sometimes we need to hear that. I remember getting in trouble in school in 9th grade, and arguing with the principal as my mother sat next to me. Finally the principal said, "You know what your problem is? You're a brat!"
I looked at my mom in outrage, like, you gonna let him say that to us? And she just looked embarrassed. And I suddenly realized.... she thinks so too. I might actually be a brat.
Now in my defense, I had been getting bullied for literally years by these two girls, and every teacher and adult I told did nothing about it, so finally I beat one of the girls up. So I was feeling pretty defensive. But still, getting the message that I might not be perfect myself was an eye-opener.
Since it's Canada, I'm going with Liberal.
I have noticed this phenomenon more than once. When caught redhanded, the typical human response is profanity, threats and violence. Apparently the louder and more creative you can be with your profanity, the more you have successfully justified being caught doing something wrong. It kind of reminds me of those spitting lizards that raise their crest and spit when threatened.
And hair color.
And retired that outfit.
Now all that's left to do is get the car repainted after all the umbraged Trudeau voters keyed it.
It’s so true. I get so p!$$ed off at the lazy b@st@rds who can’t be bothered to walk 100 ft to take their ******ed shopping carts to the aisle reserved for them! Eff them all.
*snort*
Please. Handicapped spots, if they're anything like they are in the U.S., are marked with blue paint and signage. This was deliberate.
I once got into a fight with a handicapped person I caught parking in a non-handicap parking space.......
as an ex Canadian, I prefer Tim Horton’s over Starbucks anytime.
Even at throwing at someone, it’s still good s/
Same here, I’ve noticed that too, and every time I see it it I ask myself, ‘Who RAISED this person’?
Sorry, but your husband needs to apply for a handicapped placard as well to avoid such confrontations. I wouldn’t get upset at people who are looking out for the welfare of the handicapped. This isn’t ignorance, but people know that being a disabled / Purple Heart vet and ownng those license tags doesn’t necessarily mean there is a medical problem that makes walking difficult or impossible. For example, many disabled vets who drive have profound hearing loss or loss of vision in one eye, or the loss of upper body function, but retain full lower body function. Those parking spots are reserved for those with a lower body disability, balance issues, or medical issues where exertion is dangerous. They are not there for people with unqualified medical disabilities. By having the placard, your husband can show that he qualifies because he specifically has a need for the space.
