One of the worst victory speeches of all time. Sore/Cruzerman indeed!
Business man vs. Politician.
I had never seen such an election night speech, truly disgusting.
Those who think that Trump is not tied at the hip with big banks and Wall Street are delusional. You do not amass that kind of wealth in real estate by selling lemonade on the corner.

I did not like his speech at all. Had to turn the channel.
I think were a bit harsh. Exactly what else should Cruz have done? The only path to his nomination leads through Trump. Cruz has to attack Trump at this point and it is coincidence that his arguments must align with the “establishment” since he and the “establishment” both have, must have, at this point, the defeat of Trump.
FWIW, I would prefer Trump over Cruz but there is no ground here to use to attack Cruz over this.

It was a sad commentary that his victory speech mentioned Trump more than it did himself or his supporters.
When the guy on the same ballot as you says you are “owned” by Goldman-Sachs when you took out a secured loan against your own retirement fund, and he himself likely has a lot more debt, both secured and unsecured through Trump Enterprises to the same firm. When this man calls you the biggest liar ever (amended later to allow the possibility that Rubio is a bigger liar). Yeah, you can go back after him.
If you watched that speech last night as I did, and you approve of Cruz’s statements and message, you too are merely a GOPe tool.
That speech was completely on message from Cruz’s OWNERS.
The establishment of both parties is what is truly destroying this great nation. Trump has lots of warts but he is the only path that I see to break the strangle hold that the establishment has on all of us.
I’ve stated it many times but it’s worth repeating that there is ZERO chance that a career politician (Cruz included) will provide a solution to the mess that we are in. They are all playing for the same team (which is why Cruz is now starting to make comments about Rubio being better than Trump, his pathetic speech last night, etc). I firmly believe that only a true outsider can/will blow up the entire gravy train that DC has become for EVERYONE that resides there. Once it’s blown up, we can begin to talk about cleaning up the destruction and forging a path forward.
Well, in Ted’s defense (if there is one now), it is a terrible thing to see your bottom-dollar strategy of base lining the entire SEC as your bedrock fall to pieces in one 12 hour day. A strategy that has been the primary foundation of his campaign thus far. Truly disheartening.
In this kind of adversity, a person can respond in one of two ways. Unfortunately, it seems he chose the wrong one.
Once you’ve seen it, it never goes away. Everything about Cruz ties together.
Now that he's fighting back he's disgusting.
Its just politics.
