AND NOW... amidst billowing clouds of fragrant, aromatic first- and second-hand premium cigar smoke... it is time for... that harmless, lovable little fuzz ball, the highly-trained broadcast specialist, having more fun than a human being should be allowed to have, from behind the golden EIB microphone, firmly ensconced in the prestigious Attila-The-Hun chair at the Limbaugh Institute of Advanced Conservative Studies, serving humanity simply by showing up, and he’s not retiring until every American agrees with him - do NOT doubt him - with shrieks of joy at the mere mention of his name (that’s Rush, for those in Rio Linda),the Mandarin of Talk Radio, with talent on loan from G-d, at the cutting-edge of societal evolution, with half his brain tied behind his back — just to make it fair, the all-knowing, all-caring, all-sensing, all-feeling, all-concerned Maha-Rushie! America’s anchorman, truth detector, and doctor of democracy. A real man, a living legend, a way of life. Commander-in-Chief of U.S. Operation Chaos. Chief Waga-Waga El Rushbo of the El Conservo Tribe. Chief of the Patriotism Police. Leader of the Conservative Movement. A Weapon of Mass Instruction. El Rushbo (a little Spanish lingo, there). He is the man who is running America (you know it and I know it). He knows the Democrats like every square inch of his glorious naked body. He is ready to do what he was born to do — host. Get ready to what you were born to do — listen. And post your comments on the Rush Limbaugh LIVE Radio Thread.

Maybe Elrubio should enter another secret rehab for his addiction to aiding and abetting the Establishments war on Trump.

Why bring down Rush because they tried to sway him?

We know the likes of Grahamnesty are devious, but it does not mean Rush should be lumped with them.

The real problem is the nation is way more divided than in 1860. The thought of war is so terrible we all pretend that somehow we can keep this thing together. The solutions are to divide the country in two peacefully and the other choice is a Civil War. The only way to solve differences like this, that are this profound, is to destroy your opponents on the battle field or else leave them.

There are irreconcilable differences at work here. It is time for all sides to admit it. The miracle is that there HASN'T been a war.

What a revelation this election season has been. Whether you like him or not, Trump’s candidacy has been a tonic that has made it possible for the curtains to be ripped off of our ruling class and their sycophants.

Buh bye, Rush.

For me, calling Rubio a deep throated conservative is very telling. We've all known this to be false since the Gang of Eight presser.

JUNE 24, 2013

Fox News has notably changed its tone since the election. A Democratic policy staffer who worked on the issue in 2007 and has helped write the current bill said, “NumbersUSA and FAIR” - two groups that want to dramatically limit immigration - “managed to convince Fox News back then to be their twenty-four-hour news channel of the anti-immigrant point of view. Fox has now totally bought in to the idea that we just need to figure something out.” Rush Limbaugh, who fiercely opposes the bill, has come to sound resigned. “I don’t know if there’s any stopping this,” he said on January 28th, the day the Gang held the press conference announcing its framework for the legislation. “It’s up to me and Fox News, and I don’t think Fox News is that invested in this.”

McCain told me, “Rupert Murdoch is a strong supporter of immigration reform, and Roger Ailes is, too.” Murdoch is the chairman and C.E.O. of News Corp., which owns Fox, and Ailes is Fox News’s president. McCain said that he, Graham, Rubio, and others also have talked privately to top hosts at Fox, including Bill O’Reilly, Sean Hannity, and Neil Cavuto, who are now relatively sympathetic to the Gang’s proposed bill. Hannity voiced support for a pathway to citizenship for undocumented immigrants, which he previously dismissed as “amnesty,” on the day after the 2012 election. “God bless Fox,” Graham said. “Last time, it was ‘amnesty’ every fifteen seconds.” He said that the change was important for his reëlection, because “eighty per cent of people in my primary get their news from Fox.” He added that the network has “allowed critics to come forward, but it’s been so much better.”

Rush just said about the influence campaign:

“They succeeded with Rubio. They didn’t succeed with me!”

LOL! Good dog, Checkers!

Did I just hear Rush say that Rubio was never persuaded by that meeting?

Does Rush believe Rubio is not for amnesty?

Amazing that Rush would agree to meet with Ailes, Lindsay Graham and Schumer “off the record.” He is complicit.

So you would feel so insecure that you could not eat with the enemy, so anyone who does must be lying about it?

Why has this bill not passed if the ability to persuade is so easy?

If I knew a meal was all it took to pass tax reform, heck, I’m all for it!

The New York Times supporters are rampant here - they believe everything that is printed, apparently.

He is complicit.

Yep. listen to the tone of his voice. when he's been misquoted or misrepresented, he laughs. You can hear the anger in his voice that we're not buying into this spiel.

So much for the meeting remaining a secret. Someone talked. I'm guessing someone who wanted to harm Rubio and discredit conservative talk radio at the same time. Could be Schumer or any of the Democrats. Could also be Graham since he supported JEB.

Regardless, Rush has no one to blame but himself. You lie down with dogs, you get up with fleas.

Now Rush is claiming that he has unimpeachable integrity because he doesn’t let authors on to promote their books (except for former presidents and veeps).

How could we possibly doubt his integrity after that?

Case closed. On to talking about movies.
