Even a temporary victory over false science is still a victory.

The vote was 5 to 4 on something that is clearly anti-democratic. One Supreme Court vote away from letting a Dem dictator run wild.

Bad headline. The ruling was to prevent implementation while it was being litigated. It wasn’t thrown out.

True, but it is the title of the article.

Not so bad. It WAS blocked from implementation. The headline I read never said the plan was thrown out.

5-4 which is why no matter who the nominee is we have to vote Republican. We know that Hillary or Bernie will appoint very liberal justices. Yes, Roberts is too liberal and was appointed by a Republican but he’s better than what we’ve gotten from Obama.

It isn’t the Justices as it is the power of the legal arguments. The BammyBadGas rulings were always an overreach and the freaking science is far from settled, no matter what AlGore whines.

Great news even though it’s a stay but this could be going on long after 0bama and lapdogs are gone, that’s a big plus.
