The vote was 5 to 4 on something that is clearly anti-democratic. One Supreme Court vote away from letting a Dem dictator run wild. I noted that, too. Frightening is something of an understatement. It'd be bad enough if the SCOTUS were simply an organization which made pronouncements and shot off its mouth (something like CNN or MSNBC)... but the fact that they have actual power over peoples' lives is... sickening, chilling... fill in your favorite negative adjective.
