CONGRESS IS ALLOWING ALL OF IT, they could stop all the nonsense overnight by adding:
“The supreme Court SHALL Remain Silent on this issue”\
To all legislation they so desire

Stupid Nancy Pelosi doesn’t even know what the case is about. The key issue is mercury which occurs naturally in coal and is released into the air in a more toxic form when the coal is burned.
Hopefully industrial inventions will soon create more effective scrubbers of the coal-burning produced smoke and ash which will remove a lot more of the mercury.
Meanwhile, tens of thousands of coal miners and support workers are now out of work from W. Va and Pa to the Mid-West, thanks to Obama and his very authoritarian-ruled EPA.
The EPA does a lot of good work but it has been so politicized that it is now just an arm of the Marxist, anti-capitalist Red House and our Fool in Chief (Actually Obama knows exactly what he is doing, i.e., destroying America’s great economic power, which, in turn, weakens America’s leadership abilities in a very dangerous world.
