I am hopeful that Cruz will finish 2nd or a very strong 3rd.

Expectations are pretty low so a third place finish would be a big victory IMHO. 6th or lower-ouch.

I think he’ll do worse than the best case projections. Let’s face it, the northeast is not really much of a Ted Cruz stronghold.

SC will be the one that people can’t really predict. That’s kind of the one I’m a bit excited for, anyway.

I don’t think he will do well in NH. 3rd if he’s lucky.

I hope Cruz finishes strong, but the polls are not showing it. Hope the polls are wrong!

I do think Ted will surprise in NH, I think he’ll do well. THe establishments candidates are all over the place in these polls. Hopefully Trump and Ted will benefit from that chaos.

Almost all states are proportional delegates. The only early state that has winner take all is SC. The next is Florida on 3/15.

No. Christie will jump out of a cake in a speedo. That’ll be the surprise.

I doubt Ted will suprise. New Hampshire is increasingly hostile to conservatives, having become moderate mecca. RINOs like Trump, Kasich, Christie and Rubio will do well there.

Well Christie's out.

I can't post this because it's in the New Yorker, but I can link it - Christie Quits Race to Focus on Tormenting Rubio - Borowitz

VERY funny for Cruzarinos and Trumpaloopas alike.

The real question is: will Yeb surprise in NH?

Jeb Bush: says 'Hell yeah!' when asked if he'd go back in time to kill baby Adolf Hitler

I’ve been wondering if Ted Cruz has been exhorting the crowds in New Hampshire to “awaken and energize the Body of Christ”, that seems to have worked well for him in Iowa, does anyone know?

His Ultra-Rich donors will be happy...

Despite Cruz^s attacks on his party^s donor class and establishment, the Texas senator Ted Cruz^s GOP campaign has received $37 million from just four donors.

The Wilks family of Cisco, Texas, New York hedge fund tycoon Bob Mercer, Texas energy investor Toby Neugebauer and Illinois manufacturing moguls Dick and Liz Uihlein.

Did they donate because they love his looks or do they have ulterior motives?

These folks are Massholes running from taxes.
They don’t understand why they fled and they are not really well informed.
They listen to Bahston media, which is why they are notoriously bumble headed.
The people in New England are … I cannot say becuz I live here.
Let me just say this.. they have a lot of white painful repressions.
