It is NOT a government project. It’s a utility which will serve the general public. The same as a road will serve the general public. And eminent domain is the usual procedure.

The crimes committed by ISIS are worse than those even than AQ. Barbarism is too mild to describe it.

"CRUZ gave a good answer."

I did not see where it was going. He personalized Constitutional Conservatism. Brilliant and memorable answer. Cruz knows what it means to be a Conservative.

It’s a main stream media debate.

Carson will get his chance when his chores are done.

.

You Ted Cruz haters are genuinely pathetic ...

McCain believes in Jesus, does that compel you to worship Satan ?

You are a world-class moron ...

And that’s what Donald Trump would call you ...

Trump's one stumble was on eminent domain. He lost it on that exchange.

Cruz, Christie, and Trump are probably tops tonight.

I’m a Cruz supporter, but be honest with yourself Trump is stealing the show tonight.

Theft!] TED CRUZ laid out his immigration long before the DONALD even though about running for POTUS.

Lol, then why was he so afraid to make immigration a main issue in this campaign when he announced, and during the almost three months between the time he announced and Trump announced?

Review what little Cruz said about immigration in his announcement speech.

Then review Trump said in his announcement speech, and since.

Cruz has been following Trump on immigration this entire campaign and everyone paying attention knows it. Your silly claims are pure, unadulterated BS.

And Cruz worked to try and get the Gang-of-Eight bill passed, as he said at the time. Poison pill my, a**.

Cruz is on his game tonight, but then so is Christie, who absolutely clobbered Rubio.

Cruz and Christie are the winners so far.

"Does the FL governor not submit a budget for the legislature to approve?

Yes,the Governor sends his recommendation , he proposes and then the legislature takes it apart, changes it, adds to it, subtracts from it, and gets it passed. Marco Rubio was Speaker of the Florida House. The executive is not a dictator in the US, despite what Mr. Trump is used to doing in business, you have to get things through, which Marco, Tea Partier Marco, did. Getting things through a legislature is not easy.

That makes sense, that Trump was the only one ready to take flak for trying to ‘improve’ an area.

Indeed, never been to AC but the publicity hit was bad.
