MILWAUKEE (AP) - A civil liberties group said Wednesday that it plans to file federal discrimination and harassment complaints after a Wisconsin manufacturer fired seven Muslim employees for violating a company break policy that doesn't provide extra time for prayer.
Ariens Co. terminated the workers in a dispute that began last month when it moved to enforce an existing rule of two 10-minute breaks per work shift and dozens of Muslim staffers of Somali descent walked off the job in protest.

Ariens has said it has had longstanding religious accommodations for Muslim workers, including a prayer room.
But the muzzies want special privileges in the form of more paid break time to pray, I guess because they feel superior.
That takes guts with the Hussein administration still in power.
5 times a day for prayers.
In NY city you can’t get a taxi at certain times as all the drivers are muslims and disappear during the day to say prayers.
Muslims hired at grocery stores and then all of a sudden they won’t serve people who has pork, beer etc, same as at the airport in MN where cab drivers did the same.
Muslim woman comes to the country showing her face and wearing western clothing. Moves to FL
Then demands FL my state should let her have her drivers license with her face covered up.
It is all B/S where they use the system against us.
Ariens Co. hope you are ready for the attack by teamobama fed gov.
No wonder fairy boy never gets any work done. If he is not on vacation, golfing , he is praying.
POS Obama will have the Justice Department on this ASAP./Not kidding.
I’ve worked as a production supervisor in a few factories. My sympathies with those Sups at this plant.
"The most beautiful sound in the world, the call to morning prayer"....FUBO.
Oh he loved it today in that mosque with radical terrorist ties, but the media will be in love with him .
Sorry muzzies, but the rest of the company can’t shut down 5 times a day to appease your religious beliefs.
Attention Paul Ryan:
This is in YOUR STATE.
Go there and educate yourself.
There were several federal lawsuits brought by "a civil liberties group" in order to stop people from putting little prayer posters up on the walls of their office cubicles. They were successful in getting them banned.
There were also lawsuits against employers who wanted the prayer displays taken down, IIRC. These were thrown out of court.
I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if these precedents are thrown in the garbage to accommodate the long-beards.
It’s always the Somalis
Still, I do hope that any Freeper in the market for a lawn mower or a snow blower will give the Ariens Co. an opportunity to sell them one.
I agree.
My sympathies with those Sups at this plant.
* I won’t mention what I used to do or put in the washing room they used prior to their prayers.
Oh and I always had pork products on my desk so they would stay away.
They are cockroaches....
I would take down the prayer room, and say the uniform work rules are in force. You can pray on your own time, and not on company property.
Be at your workstation at the start of your shift. You will be relieved for your breaks 10 minute breaks, and your 35 minute lunch, and when your shift ends. If you violate these rules, you will face disciplinary action including termination.
;)
I stand with the company!
I have a 12 year old Ariens snowblower...a good peice of equipment. The Tecumseh Snow King Engine is the best available.
The lawsuit by the “justice” department starts in 5 minutes.
